Had an appointment at 7 pm today with Sophie. She did a great job! I was taken slightly aback at first because I had never seen my hair so naturally curly. Sophie has done a great job with cutting my hair, it looks really full and pretty. I am cutting my hair after years, I couldn't have thought of somewhere better. Wish you all the best! <3

I always go here for my hair when my boyfriend is too busy (he’s a hairdresser) and it’s the only place he approves of even though it’s not a salon he’s ever worked in or had anything to do with. I also get my waxing done and it never hurts and they are very professional.

I went to the House of Savannah for the first time on Saturday. I hadn't been to the hairdressers for about 9 months so I wanted to try somewhere new. This place really stood out to me as I was googling best hairdressers in Newcastle. I couldn't be happier with my colour and cut. My stylist Danni knew exactly what I wanted and put so much effort into getting the colour just right for me. She is definitley the queen of blonde! Highly recommend ❤️

Friendly, clean, great service and it was brilliant to be able to book a post lockdown haircut for the day they reopened via their website. No nonsense, no hassle. I have been going to Savannah (for hair and treatments, but mainly for treatments) since it was on Nelson Street and then more recently in Old Eldon Square. I've not yet used the treatment rooms in their current location but their beauty staff are excellent. I had stopped using them for hair as it was getting pricey, but my CBW was a competitive price when I booked for 4 July. I was very happy with the service I had that day and will return.

I had a great time at House if Savannah! Dannie was the stylist who dyed my hair for me and put on a pale rose toner which I love. She kept me updated on everything she was doing and everything was tailored to my hair - the toner was mixed to the exact colour I wanted and precise shampoo chosen to suit my hairs needs! I also received a complementary hand massage while the dye was on and a top up of my make up before I left. It was a 5* experience, and definitely somewhere to consider if you want to feel pampered. Fab!

I absolutely love this place! Fantastic facials and massages in a tranquil setting with caring service. And reasonable pricing too. Can't recommend highly enough. Especially the 'twin room' where I have enjoyed a shared therapy with a friend, and also bought my Mum for a treat. She loved it too!

Really nice modern looking interior. The service was great with complementary massage, really friendly staff and very good recommendation for hair styling. It's more expensive than my usual barber but definitely somewhere I'd go back to when o want to be pampered and to give myself a new look

Only had eye brows tidied up. Woman who did it was really friendly and professional, however, the girl on reception needs some customer service training. She didn't say please when asking for my £19 and didn't say thank you or even look at me. My family had sat and waited patiently and she never looked at them or acknowledged their presence. The woman who had done my brows was asking her about any deals for new customers, her response was minimal and unhelpful. She didn't say goodbye as we left. Poor poor service from one person. The place is very nice inside and I was tempted to rebook for my hair and a massage but won't be now. If I'm paying those prices I expect excellent service from all staff.

Fab cut and colour by Dannie - she really went out of her way to listen and come up with ideas for the change of style I was after, fantastic 1:1 service with complimentary prosecco, hand and arm massage and great advice on hair products as well! Great delivery, 5* service :)

Very friendly staff, the woman who looked after me during my appointment was lovely and chatty,and the guy who did my hair was also very friendly. I am very happy with the cut but not with the colour. I can't see a big difference to what it was before, it was definiately not worth £160!

Situated in the city centre, perfect for those that want to have a treat after long day at work.They offering many deal included spa and prosecco, feel so pampered. It is a real spa in the city centre and staff made me feel relaxed. I really suggest it for any occasion in particularly for urban weddings.

Prior to visiting house of savannah, I always dreaded going to the hairdressers, as I was always left with a style I didn't want. My experience with stylist Rebecca was absolutely wonderful. She put me at ease with a complimentary head and shoulder massage, and she was so confident that I wasn't at all anxious about getting my previously long and tired hair cut into a stylish and bouncing bob. I can't wait to return in 6 weeks for a trim and balayage - well done Rebecca, I will definitely recommend you and the salon to anyone and everyone!
