First time here and I was very impressed. The salon was exceptionally clean and tidy and the staff member who greeted me on reception was very friendly. I was taken by my stylist - Sharon T- at exactly my appointment time, to her chair where she asked me what I'd like, and advised me what would suit. Turned out she was spot on! I left feeling great with a new hairstyle that really did take 10 years off me. Added to that, she showed me exactly how to dry my hair when I do it myself! Thank you Sharon! It's definitely not the cheapest, but it's probably the first time I've left a hairdressers not wanting to wash my hair when I got home! Perfect!

Love getting my hair done by Julie C. I feel amazing after getting my hair done by her. She is good at what she does. I appreciate a hair dresser with a knowledge and such a detail to her work that she does! I feel and I see results every time I get my hair done by Julie. It a quality work and makes me feel great and always look my best for a long period of time my hair looks in such a good shape. Would recommend booking in with her. Lily 👱🏻‍♀️🤍✨

My hair had been ruined by a previous treatment at a different salon & desperately required some TLC. I called in one evening & had a chat with one of the girls. She booked me in with Ruth a few days later, waiting on the results of a patch test. Ruth was amazing. She told me exactly what was needed and has got my hair back to it’s pre-bleach condition…in fact, it’s the best it’s looked & felt in ages. It seems thicker & has a lovely shine to it. Thank you Ruth!

As someone who has shielded for over a year I felt so safe at Regis, they look after you so well, Nicola who does my hair always does an amazing job!!! She made me feel like a million dollars !! The best I have felt since before lockdown 1 so much so it made me cry happy tears!! All the staff at Regis are welcoming and friendly and take all necessary precautions to keep themselves and customers safe and doesn’t take away from the fabulous service they offer. I highly recommend them, they are the only salon I will ever use!! If salons got ratings like hotels this would be a 5 star plus !!!

I’ve been looking for a Good hairdresser for a few years in the North East.....and finally found a keeper! Debbie K from Regis in Fenwicks did a great job of wash, cut and blow dry. Professional and friendly. I was very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend.

The salon was operated by a one way system following COVID rules. I made the reception desk aware I had arrived then waited in a corridor until the stylist brought me into the salon area. The stylist gave me a disposable plastic gown which went over my head and a disposable mask. I was advised to put my coat and jacket on the chair beside the work station then the stylist took me to the wash basins to wash my hair. She asked me to tell her if the water was too hot as she was wearing gloves. After my hair was washed the stylist took me back to the work station and discussed my hair needs. I asked for a cut and blow dry with an inch off the back and a trim on all the ends. The stylist asked me to stand whilst she cut the back of my hair then I sat down for the finishing off of the cut. The stylist then blow dried my hair. The stylist answered my questions and gave me advice on highlights and a toner to even out the colour. I decided to postpone this service and said I would book again online when I felt I needed my hair done. The stylist then advised me to use a purple shampoo to reduce the brassy tones in my hair. The stylist then took me to the rubbish area to dispose of the gown and mask. I collected my coat and jacket and she escorted me through the corridor which housed the beauty rooms to the reception desk to pay for the service I had received. I had to observe social distancing and this was clearly marked on the floor by discs placed 2 metres apart. I was very pleased with the service I had received and my hair looked in good condition and classically styled afterwards. I enjoyed my visit and I was impressed by the standards of hygiene and efficiency. My only concern was that I was unable to tip the stylist as payment was by card only and there were no additions for service except a £3.60 payment for the disposable gown and mask and PPE. £51 for a cut and blow dry was more expensive than I had paid prior to lockdown but I decided that I wouldn't need to go to the hairdressers as often because I would be able to mange my hair myself and spend the money I saved on treats and holidays with my husband and family. My hair was styled by Nicola. I recommend this salon.

First time at Fenwicks Regis. Loved it. Under strange circumstances (opening after lockdown) the staff were professional and it still felt as normal as it could. I had my hair done by Deb. She was fabulous. Lovely lady, and my hair looks amazing. I have a hair pulling condition called Trich and Deb was great with dealing with my hair problem.

Great Covid-secure environment. Plenty of personal attention from my stylist (Linda) who took a great deal of time to find out about what I wanted for my colour and style. Top notch cut and love the colour.

One so called top stylist permed my long hair left a total section missed and if that wasn't bad enough cut a massive chunk of hair out the side then tried drying it without a diffuser so 8-9 months later and several cuts a another perm later I now have short hair which is what I did not want and the so called top stylist had the nerve to blatantly overlook the mess she had created and smiled as she took the £10 tip. People beware she still works there, she's too interested in what's going on around her to care and consider the paying client. So if you are going to Regis any of the staff, But Not MAGGIE.
