I have always had a great experience when it comes to my hair. I am probably a hairdressers worst nightmare, going dark to blonde to red to blonde etc, but nothing is ever a problem here. My hairdresser Liam is always realistic about what I can achieve. I also have my extensions done here and having used extensions for 18 years I can confidently say they are the best I have used. The salon is a bright open space and has a friendly atmosphere

Kimberley has restored my faith in beauticians - exceptional quality waxing. Painless as it could be, hot wax used, explains clearly the process as you go through and made me feel completely at ease. Finally found my regular waxing salon in Newcastle!

I’ve been here a few times and have had Hollie doing my cut and colour. She’s always very friendly and funny, and goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with the result - which I always am. She’s great. The rest of the staff are always chatty and friendly, too. All round great experience.

I get my cut and colour done by luke I would generally class him as a friend now I look forward to every appointment with him he makes you feel so comfortable and every one els In the salon is amazing too Luke’s work ethic is AMAZING and I wish him nothing but luck in his career will never go to any one els 🤍

I moved to the North east in January and it took me a long time to find the 'right' person but I am so glad I took my time as I found Emily @ Salon M Pilgrim Street who worked her miracles on me. Truly professional and passionate about her work with great communication and making sure I was happy at all times. Absolutely loved my colour and cut and am now off for my 3rd of many more visits to come! Fabulous Emily, fab salon....a friendly and fun and relaxed place to be pampered!!!

Would not go anywhere else for my hair to be done! Really recommended Emily Milner for hair (all of the hairdressers are so friendly however!). Emily has coloured, styled and cut my hair and there is not a single appointment I've been not 100% happy 😍

I went here on July 4th - the first day of reopening after Covid. The salon and atmosphere was really lovely. I wanted quite a change to my hair with highlights etc. which I had not had before. Sarah did my hair and although she did a lovely job, I realised a day later that it was in fact quite a dramatic change and very very blonde, so I called up and she slotted me in no problem to tone it down , so that i was happier with the end result. The situation was handled delicately and professionally and Sarah also said that I should not hesitate in going back in if I am not 100% happy after a few weeks has passed with the colour. Great atmosphere and hairdresser's are all really friendly and chatty! I have my hair done by Jordan who is absolutely fantastic and I couldn't recommend him more! Completely trust him and I come out thrilled with my hair every time!

My absolute go-to place for my hairdressing. I always go to see Emily- and would highly recommend booking with her if you're looking for an excellently done bayalage/colour and cut, she's never failed me and I always come out of a cut and colour with her loving my hair. They offer excellent treatments as well, including Olaplex treatments if you're a dyed blondie like me who needs a little extra hait TLC, and everyone is always lovely and chatty. The prices are very fair as well, especially considering how professional and amazing the results are.

Absolutely over the moon! After using box bleach over lockdown I was devastated with the results so booked an appointment to fix it. Left with amazing hair, exactly what I wanted! Definitely recommend, and a great price.
