I just had my first appointment and wanted to write a review to say how lovely my experience was! I’m so nervous trusting new people with my hair as I’ve got a complicated hair past lol but I’ve recently moved to Newcastle and in need of refreshing before my upcoming wedding. The staff were so welcoming and friendly which helped ease the nerves for sure. And my hairdresser Jade coloured and styled my hair wonderfully and I’m so grateful! Thanks so much :) Will definitely be back when the roots are due!!

I let my hair go a bit wild over the pandemic and needed a cut for an upcoming wedding, decided to try a new style. Brooke was, frankly, amazing; sat down and talked with me about how I wanted my hair, what she'd be doing to get there, kept checking in throughout the cut to ensure I was still happy. They even went so far as to discuss how to style my hair so that I could properly maintain it when away from the salon. At the end I was all but speechless, genuinely thought such nice hair was beyond me. It's real hard not to gush, but highly highly recommend a visit here. Thanks again Brooke!

I can't thank Brooke enough!! I am very anxious when going to hairdressers and I went to the salon for my first time today and came out feeling fantastic. Brooke made me feel like I had known her for years and she actually thanked me for letting her do my hair as she knew I wasn't a fan of getting my hair done. I have never came out of a hairdressers feeling like a new, confident woman but today I have. I cant wait for her to do my updo for my engagement party!! I hope she knows how grateful I am for not only my new hair but for making me get excited about my next vist!!

After the initial disappointment of not getting my hair permed. The tests said my hair was too weak. Everything was explained to me. Brooke cut and styled my hair and I love it. I was given lots of good advice on how to get my hair stronger and got products to do the job. So ladies, if you are looking for a fantastic salon where you are treated well then this is the place to go. I shall be returing. Well done girls

Beautiful, well kept salon with lots of treatments to choose from. Owner is a gorgeous soul inside and out and will recommend what's best on an individuals needs. Absolutely lovely lady who'll do right by customers and has the regulars to prove it. Nice team and welcoming receptionist. Safe and friendly atmosphere. Wouldn't choose anyone else just look at the difference! Love my hair days here

Head stylist is amazing Brooke looks after you in every way . Makes me feel at ease , she very freindly and always shares her expertise and ideas on your style. Trust her with my hair ....and that is something for someone who has naturally curly hair x Thank you x

I went to The Salon today for the first time to get a manicure and gel polish. An hour of bliss and beautiful nails care and time taken to do them as well. Sadly I did not get the ladies name but she was I think Chinese and did a superb first class job. I had no hesitation in booking another appointment in 4 weeks time. Excellent

"Love this place" I've been coming to The Salon since it opened a year ago and now I wouldn't go anywhere else. There is a really chilled and friendly atmosphere. Brooke and her team are 'Amazing' and you always leave feeling like a million dollars.
