Had my hair trimmed by the lovely Lucy at Union Barber shop today. Lucy was friendly and bubbly and was super helpful advising me on the best hair styles with my sadly thinning hair. Was really unsure what I wanted when I arrived but super happy with how it turned out. Thanks Lucy

Lucy gives me the best best haircuts I’ve had, they have decent conversation too which is always good 😅 Both of the staff in today were polite, professional and accommodating. Even showed me how to use TikTok, fanks 💇‍♂️ 💈

Staff we're friendly and really seemed like they cared. So much so intact the lady said she'd rather I come back with a photo of what I'd like because she didn't want to mess anything up! That being said I persisted and was given a very satisfied cut. Prices a Reasonable too! Overall great barber shop and I shall return again! Only shame is that they haven't updated their detail on google! So if you're looking for this place, when you get to the right location it no longer exists, however not a major problem as they have only moved a minutes walk down the road.

I have been travelling to this barbers for 2 years now and generally get my hair cut every 2 weeks (its an ex forces thing), Union Barbers is easily the best haircut I've had. Conveniently placed in the centre of town, nicely furnished with friendly professional staff and the banter is great. The prices are great for a city centre barbers and I confidently recommend the shop to all knowing first hand the excellent cuts, service and attention to detail that the girls provide. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

I recommended this Barber shop to two male friends on recommendation. Must say fantastic feedback, both have now converted from paying £ 25 with a local Unisex branded hairdresser to come here. Experienced & professional barbers . Good price for a good haircut. negative comments on here are from people who expect a £ 25.service and haircut for £ 6.95..Hhhmm Well Done Union Barbers I will keep recommending as will my two friends ....Oh and one particularly FIT lassie in there Very nice !!!

Have been going to this barbers since 2012 (every two months or so). Good prices and incredibly happy and friendly staff. Easily the friendliest barbers in Newcastle (and being next to the University it must also be the most cosmopolitan).

SUPERB, Go ln a sunday the staff are pleasant and always happy to oblige, the girls through the week are under enormous pressure as you can imagine being next to the university campus. !!! HOWEVER THERE IS LESS STRESS ON A SUNDAY. Great cut by a happy lady, bubbly and very very chatty.

Got a great mullet here! The staff were lovely and made me feel very safe!!

What a great place to get your mop chopped! Brilliant service, great haircut, and lovely shooting the breeze with the very charming and sweet 'Ginger One'. Will definitely be back.
