A 'CUT' ABOVE THE REST. I have been going to Webster & Carr now for around 6 months. in that time I have had appointments with Darren, Allan and a lady whose name evades me. Every visit for me has been an excellent experience. My hair is notoriously difficulty to cut due to being extremely thick and curly, however, every visit I have left delighted with my haircut. The level of detail and knowledge the staff here posses is greater than anywhere I have visited in the past. The whole appointment is more like an experience than just a regular hair cut and the level of customer service is higher than I have encountered anywhere else. The atmosphere is also fantastic, the shop itself is very stylish. I have recommended this place to countless friends who are now also loyal servants of the establishment. I could honestly not recommend Webster & Carr more. They have carved out a fantastic niche for themselves due to the fact that there is nowhere else in the city that is operating on their level.

As someone with big wavey hair, it can be a challenge finding the right person who knows how to cut it well. I am sooo pleased with my experience today. I was kindly listened to as I explained my current hair challenges and Kristy perfectly addressed them all. My hair now has beautiful shape and texture again. Having grown my hair for nearly 2 years it was always going to be hard to say goodbye. Vicky was tremendous and showed me throughout the stages what my hair could be, but ultimately cut my hair exactly how I’d asked. Alan then helped out with what I must say was a magnificent beard trim and between the two of them I felt completely spoiled! 10/10 I’ll be in every 2 weeks now with these 2 rockstars!

I don't want to say that they work magic in here, but there's no other way of putting it!! Amazing experience, you're treated incredibly as soon as you step foot through the door, and are doted on throughout the experience. I had the absolute privilege of getting Barber Carr to work on my mop, and what an incredible result. Fade as clean and blended as I've ever seen, and all effort was put into making the cut the best it could be for my individual face and profile. Couldn't recommend more, well worth the price, even for the company and the explanation given throughout the trim alone. If in doubt, treat yourself once, and you'll never look back.

I had my hair cut by Mimosa last week. She was an excellent barber and gave a great cut. The team were welcoming on arrival and offered me a drink while I was waiting. Good price for the service. It is booking only, but I noticed they did take a walk in who had to wait for just a short time to be seen. Would recommend.

Best haircut I’ve ever had. This is totally different to anywhere I’ve been before you get such high class treatment it’s just amazing here. You get a choice of beverage and great chat with all the barbers and so nice inside. You book on the app which also makes it super easy to plan in ahead. Just been here today for a skin fade and mask. My 2nd time and the lads never fail to amaze me. 5* service soon as you walk through the doors. My hair had been cut badly in recent months by my old barber and was completely reassured by the lads that it could all be fixed. Went in looking tired and dull, came out looking and feeling on top form. Great, relaxing experience. Great tunes and complimentary whisky on arriving. Not a bad shout lads if your getting geared up for the weekend!! 🙂

possibly the best male barbers in gosforth and given there's a few kicking around it's a tough competition! I rocked up unannounced, was greeted at the entertance, provided hand sanitizer, temperature taken.. the layout and feel of the shop is crisp, clean and fresh! Good atmosphere with music playing to requests of you're choice. They even sell good quality goods, to which i bought the shaving cream due to sensitive skin after shaving.. Best for me, card payments excepted. Rare for a barbar to have this setup. The haircut was good and fulfilled to my requirement with the added general convo too. I'd Recommend and will be back
