I would highly recommend Aurora Hairdressing - I went in for a restyle on Friday and Vee did an amazing job. She really listened to what I wanted. I found her suggestions of what would work well with my hair type really useful - she obviously knows her stuff as it came out perfectly and I've had lots of nice compliments! I think the test of a good haircut is if it still looks good once you've washed and styled it yourself - I'm still really happy with it and am looking forward to my next appointment :) Thank you to everyone at Aurora for a brilliant experience!

Fantastic service! I damaged my hair by DIY and needed to save my hairstyle as much as possible with hair left. Julie did her best and I am happy with result. She gave me some useful advice, too, how to look after damaged hair. I highly recommend Aurora Hairdressing and will definitely pop in again.

I love getting my hair cut here, it feels like a treat. Very friendly and respectful staff, who really want to do their best for you. I sometimes find hair salons a bit intimidating (maybe just me!) but Aurora isn’t at all. Vee did my hair this time and I loved the cut and the subtle waves I asked for. My daughter gets her balayage done here and it always looks amazing.

This salon is the best in Northampton by miles! I used to regularly attend a hair salon on High Street Kensington which would cost a fortune (highlights for my very long blonde hair). I now travel from London to Northampton every time I need highlights/balayage. Aurora hairdresser uses exactly the same products (very good quality) as the High Street Kensington salon, at half price!!! All the girls at Aurora's are AMAZING! Very professional, always on time. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The fact that they are also very talented hair stylists is almost a bonus. As a big guy with a beard, it's often difficult to find somewhere that can make my long hair look great without feeling awkward about being the only man there. This is the best hairdresser around. RUSH in Milton Keynes left me unhappy with my hair the last 3 times I went there and they seem to think if you go home and think about it you might be happy. After deciding I would never return to RUSH again I found this little gem and met with Vee. If you want your hair to look professional and be exceptionally happy when you leave then you want to go to this hairdresser. I will always return to this place. Even if you have to drive a little way, I promise you won’t regret it.

These guys are awesome. They are not local to me but worth the drive. Each year I bleach and dye my hair funky colours for festival season, and this is the second year I have been to them. Both occasions I have been extremely happy with my multi-coloured hair, the price, considering the amount I have done and the time it takes, is actually more than reasonable and you can quickly tell that they are knowledgeable about hair.I try to only bleach it once a year to minimise damage otherwise I would be going to see these guys more often. Naomi helped me decide on a style and gave me a perfect cut for my short hair. The whole experience was very enjoyable in a nice salon.
