My daughter had a hair cut with Laura on the 10th September 2020. Laura done a brilliant job as my daughter tried to cut her own hair and as shes only 5 didnt make a very good job of it. The highlight of my daughters visit however was being given a models head, so she could cut that instead of her own hair. All staff very polite and friendly. Laura was very patient. If I could I would give it a 10 star I would. Would definitely recommend!!

This was my daughters first ever hair cut and she hates me touching her hair. She's 6 and said she was really scared but the guy who did her hair was absolutely amazing!!! He did exactly as I asked and even gave me some tips (she has curly hair) as I asked him for some advice. He was super sweet, polite and most importantly treated my daughter with the most respect and worked amazing. Can't give him enough praise 10/10! Definitely will return and recommend

Best in the town for a haircut and hair colour. Joe did a splendid job. Rates are a bit high but worth it. They offer a 20% discount on the first haircut. Overall a great experience.

Love having my hair done at Naked Hair. Matt takes time with his clients to make sure they look and feel a million dollars. The detail that's done with the foils, they're so fine, that my hair looks natural. The products that are used leaves my hair in great condition. The salon has a relaxed atmosphere and staff are friendly - nothing is ever too much trouble. Matt genuinely cares about his clients, and this shows in his work. Highly recommend Naked.

Had such a great experience at Naked Hair & Beauty! I went in with a colour and cut in mind and Matt talked me through what would and wouldn’t work for my hair so that I walked out with something that looked great and I liked rather than just cutting it to what I thought I wanted that actually didn’t work with my hair (which is what most hairdressers do!). All the staff were great and there was a really great vibe in the shop too! Thank you so much, Matt, for taking the time to discuss options and give me a fab hair cut and colour that I love!

I regularly visit Naked and am an old customer of Matt prior to him taking over the salon. I will say Naked is the best salon as the staff are always polite, friendly and helpful. Matt always takes his time to talk through want I would like with my hair and I am always happy with the results!! I’ve recently had my hair done by Joe and Katie who also have shown professionalism and care throughout my visit. I would say the salon has a very friendly atmosphere and nothing is too much for the staff as I’m always made to feel really comfortable! I usually see Amy who is always excellent but this time Katie did my hair. (I’m a very nervous hair customer - especially with hairdressers that haven’t done my hair before). Katie was also excellent, she patiently stood putting endless foils into my long hair and cut my hair exactly as I like it, finished with a fabulous blow dry too. She was so lovely. From the movement you walk into this salon you feel at ease, the staff are friendly smiling and make you feel welcome. The service is incredible 5 star! This is by far the best salon I have been too and will ever go to from now on. All the staff are so friendly and make you feel instantly comfortable.They are so professional and really listen to what you want and I have never been disappointed with the outcome of my hair, always walked out feeling a million dollars. I’m In the process of going blonde and Matt is really making sure my hair is the colour I want but also making sure it stays healthy. They care deeply about the condition of your hair which is so important. Maria, Amy And Katy I have also had do my hair and are to a very high level. I actually travel an hour to get here for my hair but it’s totally worth it and you won’t see me going else where. A woman needs a good hairdressers and luckily I have these guys to make me feel fabulous, thanks guys you really are the best of the best ❤️

I’ve been going to Naked for about 2 years now and will never go anywhere else again! Generally when I go to the salon it’s because I’ve let myself get in a bad way and could do with a pick me up. Matt is magical. Every time I come into the salon I get exactly what I ask for to a professional standard and I leave feeling like a pampered goddess. The whole team is welcoming, kind and so much fun. I truly feel like I’m spending time with the family when I walk through the doors even when it’s been 6 months I feel like we pick up from where we left off The prices are so reasonable and competitive for the quality of cut and treatment you receive and the feeling of joy and confidence afterwards is priceless. Truly if anyone was doubting going here spend some time with Matt. I leave every session crying with laughter and full of love - which is saying a lot for a hair salon! 5 stars isn’t enough. I’m truly grateful that I get to spend time with these amazing people.

I've taken my son twice and the first time we was a great experience, Katie did a fantastic job with his hair. Second time... Well, without shaving his hair off there's no way to correct the mess, sadly. I was also charge £12 even though he's under 7 and had a dry cut.

Over the years I have had my hair done by many different hairdressers but I can honestly say that none are as good as Matt and his team. I have been visiting Naked regularly for the past 12 months and would never go any where else. My hair has never been in such good condition, which from someone who regularly changes her colour is saying something! The treatments , hair advice and care I receive when I visit is second to none.

I love this salon, there's always a warm welcome and I always see people leave with a smile on their face and their hair looking fab. Matt does my hair and I followed him from Milton Keynes! Sorry Matt, no escaping me! I decided to have a colour done this time around and Matt has done it brilliantly, blending in with my natural colour tones, which is just what I wanted. My hair looks so much better. My hair can be troublesome as it has become curly but with the products Matt uses, together with his skills, I always leave looking and feeling great.

Matt is the most helpful and brilliant hairdresser I have ever met! I have psoriasis on my scalp and have been previously turned away by other hairdressers either cause they don't know how to deal with it or don't want to. He was both knowledgeable on what was the safest option for dying my hair but also still gave me exactly what I wanted. 100% fab experience and very much appreciated!

As a person who is adverse to change I can say that Matt and his team always put me at ease. I would not go anywhere else.. this salon truly caters for all. I have dietary needs and after my first visit i was greeted with some celiac friendly snacks...they go over and above to please. More importantly they spend time in consultation with clients to get the look that you want whilst preserving the health of your hair...could not recommend more highly x

I am beautiful again!!! I came to "Naked" for a perm and they did it (I had been turned down by several other salons), and I look gorgeous! My hair was a sensation at work, with everyone asking where I got it done in such an amazingly professional way. In the morning my hair now takes precisely 30 seconds to be arranged in this beautiful mass of curls: I look fashionable and young. A huge Thank you to Becky, who did such a wonderful job, and to the owner of Naked who came up to me and explained in detail how to look after my hair afterwards, giving me some hugely useful tips. I always come here to get my hair done. The staff are so friendly and kind they always give me ideas when I want to change my hair but I don't know what to do with it. I'm really picky with my hair but they don't mind and they always get it right! Even when I went to them a few years ago when my hair was really weak they took care of it and recommended the best products to help improve the condition of my hair the staff always go above and beyond. They always make me feel right at home, lovely staff who are always really enthusiastic and love what they do! I will always go here to get my hair done it's the best hair salon in Northampton!

On my first visit I was given a consultation with Raymond Martin who gave me great advice , over the past four years I have had different stylists and I can honestly say I have been completely satisfied on every visit . Every stylist I've had has taken great care and always given me honest advice . This is a salon with a good reputation and for me has always more than lived up to it, I always get complements on my hair and would not hesitate to highly recommend any stylist you chose at this salon .

Have seriously frizzy hair so booked an appt with matt to help sort my frizz out... Well all I can say is WOW hair is smooth and glossy. Matt was very professional and caring giving me great advice on hair products. Great little salon on the high street would defo recommend give them a call you won't be disappointed

I've used this salon a couple of times as a walk in appointment. Stylists are very welcoming and friendly and didn't have to wait long to be seen. Also, they do not try and persuade you to buy any of their other treatments like some salons in Northampton do. I really like this salon, but it is one of the more expensive ones in the Town centre so I don't get to use it very often.

1st visit to Naked today. It is currently undergoing refurbishment so won't comment as to venue. Booked aromatherapy massage and it's literally the BEST massage I have ever experienced (I've had a quite a few in my time). Massage/beauty is downstairs with Keeley and she was so welcoming and knowledgable. We discussed the different types of oils and the benefits - I opted for black pepper. The whole massage was from tip to toe and really got into the knots in my back, soothed the aches in my arms, hands, legs and feet. Couldn't recommend more and will definitely be returning.

Went to get my haircut here with a young lad (I'm so sorry I can't remember his name) who was the sweetest person! He did a really good job of listening to what I actually wanted - I've been growing my hair out for years, and dread going for a trim because other hair dressers seem to take that to mean 'cut it all off' but this lad really tried hard to make my cut feel fresh without losing length. It looked so much better afterwards! I also get my eyebrows waxed by Amelia (I think it's Amelia, AG on the loyalty card!) and she's divine! I went to her after another place had given me the 90s pencil thin eyebrow look so I was really nervous to let someone new do it all over again! Amelia is a delight though, she gave me some great advice on how to deal with them to get them to grow back thicker/as thick as they were, she did a beautiful job of shaping them and was a pleasure to talk to! I can't recommend her highly enough!

I had balayage done by Maria and am very happy with the result. Maria was very attentive and listened to what I pictured and did it perfectly! The salon is very friendly and staff are very helpful despite a slight hiccup in apppoinment booking they were quick to fit me in and make it work. Would recommend for anyone looking for a good balayage in Northampton!
