I have very thick hair and it was very dry damaged after lockdowns, now I have regular hair cuts with Ivy and she always makes my hair amazing ! Best hair cuts I've ever had, feel like I have new hair after every visit!! highly recommend this salon 😁😁

First cut and blow dry today in three (!) years. Charlotte was allocated to me on booking: I was very pleased with how she listened to me and my concerns about my hair, and how I wanted it to look, and she responded exactly as I had hoped. She created a lovely finished style, full of movement, and showed me how to use appropriate styling tools at home. It was a really positive experience, thanks Charlotte!

FGH is a very professional salon, the stylists are welcoming and friendly which makes the atmosphere very relaxing. I’m a long-time customer of Donna who always has time to discuss what’s best for me and really seems to know my hair. In the time they were able to open during the Covid pandemic I felt completely confident in the knowledge that they had taken every precaution possible for my safety.

I have been a client of Donna now for a number of years and wouldn't trust anyone else with my long hair. I moved from her previous salon to stay with her when she opened FGH. I even travel from Oxfordshire on a once a year pilgrimage now I have moved to get my hair cut and coloured at FGH. Fabulous service, I cannot recommend enough. You are cared for from the moment you walk in the salon. Missing my hair cuts during lockdowns but hope to see you soon.

Have been several times and had my hair done by Ivy. Excellent haircut /blow dry and colour. Friendly, considerate staff. During this pandemic all caution is used and the salon is as safe as possible. I would recommend it.

Lovely village salon but with city quality. Have been several times during the Covid crisis and feel completely safe there. Donna has done a wonderful job on my post lockdown hair, even my husband loves it! Do try this salon, these ladies love their art and what’s more, they are very good at it.

This is the best hair salon I’ve ever used, and that includes some of London’s West End salons. It’s a bright clean space with wonderful staff. My hairdresser, Kayley, is outstanding for colour and cut, and I always feel so much better and more confident after my appointments with her. This year has been very challenging with two lockdown periods but FGH has met those challenges head on and the salon uses the utmost PPE, keeping staff and customers safe. I can not recommend FGH highly enough.

Lovely friendly salon with highly experienced hairdressers who always do a great job. Have been using them since they took over the premises about 3 years ago. The salon itself is modern and well laid out with plenty of space. They have adapted well to Covid safety rules and I have always felt very safe whilst using them this year. You get the style/ cut you want, not what the stylist thinks they want....you know what I mean girls. Advice as to what will suit your face shape in a clean friendly atmosphere completes the experience. Colouring is also offered by an experienced colourist.
