The first time I went the haircut was great. I went today and was a complete different experience. Fade was ok (not the best) but the beard is actually terrible. Not sharp, not finished and uneven. I could feel the guy becoming annoyed when I was asking for it to be corrected. So I just left. Never ever again. I think it’s fair to say it was the same guy who did my beard last time and was actually really good. He was very polite on both occasions. Unfortunately though consistency is important for me as a customer so I won’t be returning. I also called the store to make the manage aware and he offered to correct it for me and apologised which is good enough for me (unfortunately I don’t have time) This review was originally 2 stars but because of the managers response I have updated it to 3 stars.

This place is next level, barbers are always accommodating to your needs, and will never fail to go the extra mile. I always tip because, and rightly so; you come in for a hair cut and you'll leave feeling fresh and rejuvenated. Need I mention the complementary hot towel and beer, this place is class 🙌

I came in with my brother the other day travelled from a 2 hr distance to try out the barber as i heard about the barber Mus from a friend he was highly recommended.. my brother got the skin fade he asked for as other barbers never understood the style he wanted. The barber Mus was also very kind, even got offered a Turkish coffee. Will extremely recommend the best barber in Norwich.!!!

I had one of the best service from Mus he gave me the top skin fade, he was recommened from another barber friend of his which made me want to try him out that ended perfectly.He done hot towel which not many barbers do it was amazing. I went in there to just get a haircut and beard trim. The decor and atmosphere attracted me initially as I was walking by. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the hospitality is superb. My haircut and beard trim looks great. Aleem (sorry if I butchered the spelling!) has great attention to detail. The other services, which included fire to the ears and a hot towel massage, were excellent as well. I felt like a new man walking out of this establishment! I cannot recommend enough.

The service is fantastic you are made to feel special there, the boys here are top professionals and friendly. I had a hair cut and hot towel massage which was a refreshing touch and worth the money. This corner barber shop caught my eye whilst in town. Needed to get my son's hair cut so took a chance as I'm very fussy with who and how his hair is cut. I didn't expect such a high quality of service. The staff are very friendly and well mannered. The shop itself is impeccably clean. They understood exactly how I wanted my son's hair to be done and completed the job perfectly. They offered complimentary refreshments such as water, juice or Turkish coffee. In future I will only be coming here.

Great service, friendly staff, tasteful decor, reasonable prices and no waiting. Friendly welcome. Brilliant cut with excellent attention to detail. £14 for a cut at the time of writing, which includes the traditional singeing and hot towel to finish. Cash only - nearest cash point/ATM is 25 metres up the street at Nationwide.

Seen the ‘build process’ happen with the shop and been intrigued since it’s been opened. Went in after work and had a hair cut by Ozzy, can’t fault the cut one bit. Great hospitality and a really nice atmosphere in the shop, greeted as soon as I walked in and asked if I wanted a drink. Really listened to what I’d like my hair to look like and executed it perfectly. Would highly recommend to everyone, I will be a permanent client now.
