The waxing appointment was amazing. Anab made me feel comfortable all the time, made sure to really take every hair off and is definitely very skilled in waxing. This was one of my least painful experiences I've ever had. I would highly recommend this to everyone who want a brilliant and accurate waxing done.

Juliette was lovely during my hair consultation service,she explained the process and also mentioned the product that would be used. Salons usually try to rip you off money by suggesting services that your hair don't need but Juliette gave me an honest advice that ended up in me saving money. All in all a good service and polite customer care

I booked a consultation online on the 17th, and that was the first time I saw Natalie. I have to say that I am lucky, Natalie is very professional and patient. I couldn't make up my mind on the hair colour, Natalie spent a long time explaining the whole process for me, and finally we chose purple. We started on time at two o'clock this afternoon. After three hours, my hair colour took on a new look, and I felt that my whole person was different. Also cut a hairstyle that suits me. Amazing experience with Natalie at Allertons today!

I had a hot stone massage with Kelly and it was amazing. I had a really knotted shoulder and so she did some deep tissue massage too and it feels so much better. I was worried that it would be noisy being inside John Lewis but once the music was on it was very relaxing. I will definitely go back and don’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you.

Loved the deep tissue massage!! KELLY was great! Only gripe would be it’s a bit clinical the massage room needs sofetening up a tad! Towels on the bed instead of paper, pampas grass in a vase 🙌🏽 🫶🏽👌🏽

The best hairstylists in Nottingham! I always get what I ask for, I can count on Deborah whenever I need advice on colour or cut, and it always turns out amazing! She is very gentle with my hair and makes sure I am comfortable at all times. Also, comparable but less enjoyable service was much more expensive in other popular hair salons in the city centre, so the value is excellent here. At Allertons, the hairstylists work with admirable passion.

There was an issue with a booking I made for a facial but it was sorted and I assume it’s just a teething issue due to it being a new salon. Would certainly return!

Lovely place, l walked in on a Saturday on the off chance that they had availability to do me a wash and blow dry as I was going to a wedding. The lady was so welcoming and said she could see me straight away. I got a head massage while my hair was being washed which was lovely, and then she did me a blow dry and curls, she was so attentive, recommending how best to keep my curls in. She used great products and finished my hair with olaplex. Would totally reccomend.
