I love being a customer of Frame! They are always so accommodating. Michelle and her team are really friendly and offer really good advice. If I want a wet cut or a few foils they will do whatever is needed to keep my hair looking good. They are exceptionally good at colouring hair. I think they put the customers needs above everything and that is why I keep going back. Always a very enjoyable experience.

Michelle at Frame has cut and coloured my hair for many years. Very fortunately, she was recommended to me after another hairdressers in Bingham changed hands and I wasn’t happy with the colour or cut in that salon. So glad I found Michelle! Having curly hair isn’t the easiest to manage, but Michelle listens to what I want and always guides me in the right direction. She’s a fab hairdresser, very relaxed and friendly. All the Frame staff are lovely and I’m so lucky to have such a super salon on my doorstep!

The only words I have are positive. Very positive indeed. I have followed/stalked Michelle for a over two decades now and will continue to do so forever! I've had short hair, dark hair, mid length hair, blonde hair, naturally curly hair and treatment to straighten my hair. No matter what colour, length or style I always come out feeling fabulous. The atmosphere is constantly delightful which is down to the wonderful team of people who work at Frame. Always a smile but mostly a giggle. I cannot imagine what I'd look like without them.
