I have visited Henfrey’s for the last 8 months and was recommended by a friend. I have difficult naturally curly hair. Charlotte takes her time and blow dries my hair leaving it manageable and shiny without the use of hair straighteners. Charlotte is a perfectionist and takes her time and treats all her clients the same and won’t let them leave until they are happy!! I have been to all the top hairdressers in Nottingham and I feel Charlotte is the best. It’s taken my a long time to find the perfect hairdresser, who is so lovely, to find out she is having a beautiful baby girl! I’m so so pleased for her but will miss her while on maternity leave!! I wish her the very best during this special time with her long awaited baby! I will still be visiting Henfrey’s while Charlotte is on maternity leave because the salon is modern and extremely clean and very friendly staff. Vicki Mcballantine

I have been using Henfrys since May 2021. They always provide great friendly service, I have tried several hair salons in the past some local to me and some in the city centre and only have I been at my happiest with my hairstyle and hairstylist since using Henfrys. When I came to terms with not being happy with other salons I searched Google for hair salons that deal with thick hair, when I called to arrange an appointment I was asked if I had a preference as to which stylist I explained I don’t know as hadn’t used their services before to which they asked me what service I wanted - after talking things through with a Henfrys team member she suggested a stylist that would be suited to my needs. I now visit the salon every 7 weeks and always use the same stylist 😃 , my loyalties lie with Henfrys I will not use any other salon.

Have been seeing Maria for years. Colour always fabulous. She is such a perfectionist so it takes a while to get all the foils in but nails it every time. I totally trust Maria with my hair. I've been very short and now grown out Bob style. I wouldn't go anywhere else. If your not driving there is always a glass of vino on offer too 🍷

Gonna keep this short for now as I don't want to waste much more time than I have to. had a massive issue where the hairdresser completely messed up, nothing like what I asked for (which wasn't particularly difficult). after over a month, managed to get written confirmation via email for a full refund. almost two months later this has not been paid, and nobody in charge will reply as apparently this is only one person who's on maternity leave.. and no-ones taking over... refunds of this kind must be paid within 14 days so therefore I have no choice but to look into escalating further with relevant authorities. brilliant. for the sake of if something goes wrong, nobody will help and there's no formal record of payment (cash only - nice means of tax evasion!), so don't give them any of your money. UPDATE: the owner is back after a few months off and apologised & refunded fully :)

The most amazing place to go all girls and guy are phenomenal My hairdresser Charlotte readyhoof makes my time their worthwhile and I feel very happy and spoilt you constantly have a tea/coffee on the go with a lotus biscuit to go down with The quality and professionalism is pristine you will never experience a brighter happier environment and your hair is in the best hands... I must mention the lovely Linda (charlottes lovely mum) who keeps the place clean and tidy and who goes out of her way to make your stay that little bit special. And my hairdresser is amazing and thee best ever just like her colleagues... Thank you all I can’t wait To see you all again which hopefully not be for much longer...
