M Hair & Beauty is all round a first class business. The stylists are great but with the added bonus that everyone is happy and friendly. Me and my daughter never go anywhere else and wont ever go anywhere else. Matt has done my hair for almost 10 years now and I always feel like a valued customer and he is always really helpful when I need some advise on how to tame my hair or if a style will work for me. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Fantastic service, staff, and they have managed to make everyone feel welcome despite covid regulations in place. A****

I had a consultation with Harriett about colour, who took the time to go through what could be achieved and made me feel at ease. I booked in for a cut and colour with Sam. I went from old bleached hair with 4 inch regrowth to red, and I couldn't be happier with the result and the service. I will definitely keep going back! Love the colour and the cut. Highly recommend :)

Amazing experience from Leah the nail technician! Beautiful nails with such a wide range of colours to choose from, high quality products and a wonderful service all round. The salon as a whole is very friendly, upbeat, professional and everything is to a very high standard, couldn't ask for more! Will 100% be returning!

Lovely salon with really friendly staff. There's always a great atmosphere and lots of laughter. If my usual stylist is unavailable then they're always so helpful at fitting you in with someone else. The salon is super clean and covid friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else now apart from Matts other new salon in West Bridgford as I know I'd get the same level of great service 😊

Friendly, excellent service. I’ve been to this salon several times and always experienced a fantastic team who have done an excellent job cutting, colouring and styling my hair. I would highly recommend them.

Cannot recommend this salon enough. the staff are ALL very friendly and courteous. My stylist "Harriett" has always been very professional and has become a close friend, she always has time to listen to any personal problems. And she is a great hairdresser !!! Incidentally, I was in the salon on the day Ian and Mellie (see negative reports earlier) were there. This was just after the salon had re-opened after the first lockdown. The gentleman's behaviour was completely unacceptable, neither him or his partner would wear a face mask, he spent all the time while waiting for his partner walking around the salon, shouting the odds, completely ignoring the covid regulations, putting everyone in the room at risk. I think he was very fortunate not to be asked to leave. If it was my business I would not want him back

Honestly can’t praise this place enough. I’ve absolutely hated my hair for years, I’m mixed race (black Caribbean/white) and have naturally frizzy curly hair which I prefer to wear straight. My whole life has been one long battle with my hair! After finally deciding I’d had enough of my previous salon making me feel like an inconvenience because my hair took ages to do, I got in touch with M Hair and Beauty for a consultation after a friend recommended them. Sam suggested a keratin blow dry to tame my crazy mane and I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s changed my life. I’ve even been able to go blonde, something I’ve always wanted to do, and for the first time in my life (at my big age of 34) I love my hair! Everyone at the salon is super friendly and I always enjoy my visit.

My first thoughts when walking in for the first time was how friendly everyone was. The salon is covid friendly with a very professional team. Just had a fabulous set of lashes with Jurgita . Looking forward to my next hair and nail visit after admiring my friend's who just been in .Will be back

Booked here at the last moment for my daughter to have her hair put up and for myself to have a blow dry,occasion sons wedding August 4th. We live in Gloucester so no idea of hairdressers in Arnold. Hayley was friendly and welcoming. She did a great job waxing a dying my eyebrows. First time I have been asked if the colour was right for me and given the option to be a little darker. Very professional at a competitive rate. I will definitely go back.
