L. H.I had a great experience here! I dont normally get my hair cut because I normally hate salons. This salon was warm and friendly, when i booked i was told to come in a time that suited me rather than working around them. On the day i waited as it was short staffed but i was warmly welcomed by Louise my hair dresser, who calmly appologied and explained they were short on staff that day. I was happy to wait as I understood what it was like. When i was asked what i wanted Louise understood perfectly. She was happy and pleasant throughout my time there. Unfortunately, Louise was the only hair dresser there which meant she had to answer phones and people coming in at the same time as cutting my hair. This was not her fault and I felt for her as this must have been difficult. When Louise was done she showed me her amazing work and I was overwhelmed with the result. She had done exactly what I had asked for without any mistake. I am so happy with this experience and will definitely be coming back again!!!
J. P.Really friendly staff and fair prices. Hair cut was pretty much exactly what I asked for, no complaints. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I've been to places that are the same price but style the cut more. But in the end I'd rather friendly staff than a bit of extra faffing with my hair.
