M. G.I could of given the actual service we received one star but it would seem very unfair to do that to the man that was cutting hair, as he seemed lovely and welcoming and he had constant interaction with this customers that were there while we were waiting. There were three people in front of us and the female hairdresser cut my 9 year old sons hair. It was cut within minutes and she seemed very disinterested when I told her what he wanted doing. Not once did she interact with him or even say hello to him or me. As soon has he was finished she walked over to the till and asked for the £6. I gave her the cash and didn’t even get a thank you or goodbye. I won’t be visiting here again, I’ll continue to my usual friendly Turkish barber over the other side. Always friendly and welcoming and they always have a little natter with the kids. Worth the £10 for a better service and better cut.
A. W.Came to the barbers today with my son and Nicky cut his hair. She was fantastic with him interacted with him was patient. She cut his hair fantastic and is very cheap I’ve paid a lot more at other places and this is by far the best cut he’s had. I am so impressed with the customer service, the hair cut and the price! I would definitely recommend Nicky to cut anyone’s hair as she was very knowledgeable on what she was doing and clearly knew her stuff. Thank you again

R. T.We were impressed with this salon, we took my autistic grand daughter there specifically because of their sensory room. My grand daughter is 5 years old and has never had her hair cut at all. We had been trying to figure out how to get it cut for a while, but we needn't have worried, my grand daughter was happy to go visit their special room & watch their TV. The place is amazing with sensory items, mirrors and car chairs around it, even I couldn't resist touching the walls 😁 the hairdresser was very patient and made my grand daughter's first hair cutting experience a positive one, so much so, she wants to go back. The pricing (to my mind) was incredible, excellent value for money, thank you ~ we will be back
A. A.I never thought my autistic 5year old son would ever manage a haircut in a salon after years of struggling to cut his hair. It took a while initially but Gareth was very very patient and cut his hairs with scissors instead of clippers! Incredible and it was really clear that he had a great understanding of SEND children needs. Will recommend to all!
L. L.My little boy is 3 and really hates having his hair cut. We popped in today without and appointment and got seen immediately. The hairdresser was super patient as we decided to sit in the car, not sit in the car, sit on the chair, not sit on the chair - and then proceeded to sit on mummy whilst crying his eyes out before she had even started to cut. We got there in the end and his hair is lovely and tidy - massive thank you to the lovely hairdressing team :) We will be back when his hair needs sorting again (the lolly pop after the ordeal went down well....!) S. S.My son has autism and never been for a haircut. Today Hayley set me and my son at ease . She pays so much attention and care it was quick and made to looks so easy. Will be coming again and hopfully my son can build a bond and love for haircuts. Thank you so much also what a Bargin! And also told not rush to leave the sensory room to take time and let him play .
