Always excellent service, this time there was no waiting despite being a Friday afternoon and the stylist was friendly and welcoming. She asked how I wanted my hair styled and went through the back, sides and fringe ensuring I was happy. Might not be a 'designer' salon, but doesn't have designer prices and £30 for a wash, cut & blow dry is, in my opinion, excellent value for money.

I had my hair washed cut & blow dried by Billie-Mae. She was very friendly and chatty & listened to what I wanted. She did a very good job and I would recommend going to this salon. I have been many times and have been looked after by lots of different stylists and have never had a bad experience.

The manager was totally rude and its a wonder anyone walks back in the doors, she said she texted when she didn't. I was nervous enough about having my hair cut and to be honest if my daughter hadn't have brought me the gift card I would have walked straight back out. I will not be returning to the store I only gave 3 stars because of the young man who did my hair. if it wasn't for him I would have gave 1 star.

Visited yesterday and from start to finish the stylist was amazing. I have visited Supercuts many times and the usual stylist I use was not in however the lady that did my hair truly was so helpful with helping me pick a colour, she gave an honest opinion when I asked for it and the cut she did was 5 star! I went in disappointed that the usual stylist wasn’t in, walked out more than happy 😃 thank you so much to the lovely blonde haired lady that I am so sorry I forgot your name but I am sure it began with R!! Ps after our conversation about your recent holiday to Turkey I am now looking at holidays myself there

I had my haircut at my favourite hair salon located at the Victoria centre. Hairstylist, Georgia was friendly and gave my hair a good layered cut. They've been amazing I was there today Tyler worked on my hair and he made miracles My hair went from black to light grey in 90 min 🙄 One round of bleach and toning and .. I have grey hair Just amazing I asked so many hair dressers ... they all refused to even try to get me that color Thy asked double the price to get my hair into dark caramel 😑 That's just ridiculous And today . I GOT MY COLOR LIGHT AND AMAZING Thank you Tyler You are amazing

I was let down by another salon in town (Rush) and had travelled to get to Nottm to have my hair cut. So Sam here was a lifesaver and cut my hair beautifully. She was so friendly and accommodating and made me feel at ease, she did exactly what I asked for too. The salon is clean and tidy, the staff are lovely and there’s a great selection of products. And it’s incredible value.

This is the only place I know off in the City Center that does a dry trim, now that COVID 19 government rules have been relaxed. Staff are very nice and always do what ask for and never up sell or pressure me in to buying products. I have long fine hair and the staff are excellent at dealing with it and cutting it nice and straight. You don't need an appointment but I would recommend booking one via on line or phone as they do get busy.

Excellent professional good cut with very helpful service, but i was asked to pay for a mask when I was already wearing my own and never had to pay for plastic protection covering put over me for a hair cut before the Pandemic! So did not agree with the £2.60 extra I had to pay on top of the already price increase. Tracey coloured my hair with the Love Your Grey colour and did a super job.

I went in with a hair emergency! I accidentally dyed my hair bright orange...on a Sunday...before I was about to start my new job... The ladies at Supercut were amazing, tried first time to fix it but it wasn’t quite matching my natural colour (I’m an odd mix of ginger, brown and blonde) and so they tried something else with their express colour - meaning I could have it done without a patch test! My hair looks amazing, you would never have guessed I looked like a traffic cone 24 hours ago!! Had a lovely cut to finish the look as well. Good price, excellent service, will be coming back! Thank you magical ladies for saving me🙏🏻

I always get my hair done by Evi, she’s really nice, polite and always makes my hair look amazing. I always get so many positive comments on my hair colour after leaving there. Always beautiful tone and cut. Highly recommend her service if you want a great hairstyle! Everytime I want a change, she always seems to get it right even when I don’t quite know what I want. She talks through the stages and explains what she’s doing and why. Would never go to anyone else!

My young daughter needed her hair cut, so we walked into the Nottingham city branch of Super Cuts. They were very professional, helpful and did a lovely cut. The team were friendly and kind. The only negative I would comment upon, and this is no reflection on the stylists/staff there, they could do with another computer, so they don’t have to wait for the only one computer to become available. This seems to cause a bit of a hold up.

I was in the store on Tuesday 11 August 2020. I love my new style. Evi who cut my hair was very friendly and helpful. I had taken in a few styles with me and was advised against a few of the ones I liked, and am so relieved she was able to advise me as I did not want to do something only to later regret it. She’s made a wonderful job. The other two staff members working at the time were also very polite and friendly. I didn’t manage to get her name but I’m very pleased with how my hair turned out. £30 for a wash, cut and blow dry (that’s including student discount) and it’s worth it. I got a good 4-5 inches cut off and it was styled really nicely. The staff there are really kind and they took their time to make sure it was perfect even though there was a bit of a queue. The shop was very clean and tidy, no complaints from me. It was also my first time going, will definitely go back!

first come first served for cutting, always ask for a sensitivity test it choosing colour or highlightes. But dont expect to be completed on the day!, ( I witnessed a customer expecting this!) Most stylists are trained in everything . Wouldn't go anywhere else as Towns convenient for me.

Yeah got my hair cut super short super fast and actually felt like saying super when shown the back of my hair as it's actually a part of me that I don't see so why bother now. Too little too late super cuts and believe me dispense with the back of head showing. Super cooper supercuts at less than twenty quid. Brilliant.

Called in friday morning as I could stand my hair no more. Never been before and had read reviews. I didnt have to wait long before they fitted me in. Was told how much it would be before they started. Place is clean, busy, friendly staff. The water for shampooing the hair was spot on, the best temperature I have ever had. The hair was done hiw I wanted, - been trying for a few years to get this cut but some hairdressers do not listen. I also have a phobia over a style with hair that goes in my eyes and they understood what I wanted and didnt want. Best hairdressers I have come across in nottingham, and to say its in the city centre its the same price I was paying in ng8. The conditioner that some have moaned at dirs make the hair better - if you had seen how bad my hair was when i went in to how stronger it was when I came out. I recommend this place,
