A great barbershop, very pleased I finally found a place that is stylish and cool, without the overinflated prices of other barbers. Stu always does a great job, and all the guys/gal(s?) are incredibly kind and welcoming. As someone that is socially awkward at the best of times, I am glad to say this is somewhere sociable I can feel relaxed. The free drinks and the occasional audience with a majestically grumpy looking dog are the icing on the cake!

The shop is old school, retro and sleek. The atmosphere is razor sharp and fun. Austin brings my classic Ivy League crop right into the future. At long last I've found the barber shop for me. You have got yourself a loyal customer.

Really impressed with my first visit to the Dandy Gent Nottingham; everyone was friendly and engaging right from when I went in. Stu could not have been more helpful - explaining all the options for my beard project, explaining what he was doing and why, and the plan for when I return in a few weeks. Stu's attention to detail was incredible - he clearly takes pride in his work and makes his clients feel at ease. Looking forward to the next appointment and the next stage of the beard project!

Austin (hope I spelt that right) was great - friendly, chatty, and (most importantly) brilliant at cutting my hair. Excellent value at £15 for a 30 min cut, I still maintain that it’s as much about the experience as it is the cut. As such I will be returning again soon. Highly recommended!

Definitely the most inviting and welcoming barbers out there. Went in very anxious as I havent been to a barbers in a while, and im stupid protective of both my hair and beard. Was set at ease right away by all the staff and had a good laugh. Stu did a sick job with a fade and beard trim and guided me through the whole process. Went in feeling 0, came out feeling 110, definitely my new regular and couldn't recommend enough. 👌 Also Rolo the dog is a legend 😂

I have had my hair cut by Stu twice now who was extremely professional from the first meeting. He takes good care over his work and clearly enjoys doing his best job every time. The barber shop is stylish and well themed although you may not notice it by just walking past outside. This is now my regular barbers due to the high quality for a very competitive price. I would recommend Stu to anyone especially if you are having a clipper cut.

As expected, the Team provided an excellent service for my wife and I. My wife did Brave the Shave and the Dandy Gent kindly offered to complete the shave and ensure that she had a good tidy up and finish, unlike the mess I'd have probably created using the cat clippers.
