I always have my hair done by Charlotte, and I'm always so happy with it! Went last week and had a change of colour and Charlotte has made my hair look amazing! I have raved so much about it, my mum who is visiting next week from London has booked in!

I had to source a new hairdresser as mine, who i had been using for years had moved away. I didn’t know any of the hairdressers in my area & one of my clients recommended I go & have a consultation with Sally-Anne at Hair Emporium as I was needing my colour changing and she was a colour specialist. I had been using over the counter boxed colours & my hair colour had lost its shine & my hair was ready for a good trim. After chatting with Sallyanne, she listened to my concerns and advised I go for a Balayage colour............I loved it & she styled my hair beautifully & there was not rush at all. Sallyanne is very professional & definitely knows her stuff.........thank you 🙏

The Hair Emporium is such a lovely place to relax and give your hair a refresh! Tash has always been amazing with my requests whether that’s balayage or pink! She’s incredibly talented and I always leave very happy with my hair so thank you! Love the small details too in the salon like the hair washing area has star like tiles above you which just remind you of twinkling stars!✨

Having been a client at The Hair Emporium since the year dot, I have seen many changes with both the salon and it’s staff. The salon decor Is always stylish and modern, clean, bright and bang up to date with Covid-19 safety precautions. On my last visit on July 4th I felt relaxed and comfortable. The stylists have all been trained by the best(Anne and Sally-Anne) to be the best and this they certainly are. Our hair is considered to be our “crowning glory” - let’s face it, if it’s well styled and coloured it makes you feel full of confidence. You’ll get this feeling after a visit to The Hair Emporium. From the moment I got online to arrange my appointment to the time I waved "see ya later !" to The Hair Emporium, I was treated with the upmost tailored care and professionalism. A few days before my appointment, an online guideline checklist was sent to me for confirmation to reassure me of any doubts and concerns I might have had prior to my appointment in-salon. On the day itself, I was treated with so so much reassurances of what the salon had been doing in preparation to welcome their beloved customers back. This was evident not only with staff following PPE requirements set by the government as well as the salon having clear guidelines on social distancing within the premises. I never once felt out-of-place during my hair appointment and any social anxieties I had were put at ease throughout my experience. I would recommend anyone to The Hair Emporium, and especially so to show our support for local businesses re-opening.

I live in Tamworth but when I stop with my parents I have my hair done here. This is the best hairdresser by far. I am always pleased by the end result. My mum always goes to this hairdresser and when she comes out she looks a million dollars.can't wait for my next visit it can't come soon enough.
