I’m very happy with the end product of my hair however I think that the service was lacking, I have previously had my hair done at Loft by Dana and I absolutely loved it so when I saw a special offer on my usual treatment with another stylist I was more than happy to book, however I think next time I’d rather pay the extra and book back in with Dana. Vanessa was lovely but I felt that the service was quite rushed, at one point she had 3 clients in all for appointments with her at once. I had to ask for my hair to be re washed as too much product had been used and my hair felt sticky and crunchy. She spent a lot of time on phone calls and accidentally ripped my earring out with the brush too. The end result of my hair is stunning and I’m very happy with but I think I’d pay the extra next time for a better service.

I had a eyelash lift and brow lamination . Gemma was a lovely lady , I was offered a coffee as soon as I walked in. I was very impressed by the service and professionalism.👍

I had the eyebrow shaping and tint treatment, along with the eyelash lift and tint. Great outcome, love how my brows and lashes came out! Everything was done in with care and cleanliness - will be coming back on a regular basis. Value for money as well.

The staff are professional and very welcoming. They all made an feel relaxed and had a giggle with me. I wouldn't go anywhere else they know exactly what I like. They listen to me and advise me whether it is achievable and give me advise how to care for my hair. Top salon excellent service and brilliant hair stylist at reasonable prices unlike other salons. Really friendly staff and good value for money✨ Took my mum to get a hair treatment and also took my 6 week old baby, it was a faf getting up the stairs but staff were very accommodating and friendly. Me and my mum have different hair types and were both very happy with our hair!🥰 would deffo recommend🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Bought a Groupon for shellac mani pedi, really good value. Chanel was so lovely. Would really recommend this salon. As a fat person too, I felt very comfortable and looked after, chairs with no arms ect. Fabulous x

They made sure I was alright. The lady (Louise I think her name was) did my hair perfectly. She made sure that I always had a glass of water as my nerves were really on edge (not good with new people).

I have been to this salon on a number of occasions. I have always received such a fantastic service. This time I visited for balayage, root drag, toner, olaplex treatment and fitting of extensions. The girls were all wearing PPE during my time in the salon (I was there all day as you can imagine) this made me feel safe and confident in being protected. I am really fussy with who I let do my hair and can be very difficult to please (sorry ladies). They took their time to listen to exactly what I wanted and went through everything until they were sure I was happy. They gave me their professional opinions on what they thought were good ideas and not so good ideas (ie matching up the colours). I have never felt so comfortable, relaxed and pampered. I contacted the salon before hand on a number of occasions to discuss the hair extensions and what were the best ones to buy etc. The salon owner Dana was always happy to go through the information and guidance with me. The service was second to none each time I’ve attended and I am in love with the end result, (I’ve had loads of compliments) I literally couldn’t need/want anything more from a salon. They must use good quality products because my hair feels amazing. Becki was so experienced in the fitting of the extensions, this was evident in how quickly and precisely she was able to fit them. She was professional throughout all the treatments I received and made me feel so at ease. The price for all of my treatments (as you can see there were a lot) was so reasonable, I can’t believe I get this level of specialist hairdressing in the city centre for the price I pay. The salon provided a clean and comfortable environment. I will most certainly continue to return to the loft salon for future hair treatments, in my opinion it is definitely a five star service from a five star salon. Keep up the good work ladies!!

Amazing results with my hair! The staff are so helpful and I felt really safe being in there. I saw they cleaned there station before and after clients. They definitely had a visor on the whole Time. I was very impressed with the value of my balayage. I got balayage with a toner cut and blow dry and treatment all for 90 pounds !

I had my nails done there today. Very professional, nice and friendly. Definitely recommend them It didn’t last more than 3 days unfortunately!

Dana is a very exceptional,kind, caring & professional hair & beauty specialist.im a wheelchair bound disabled person with complex needs its took me a long time too find such a experienced & talented hairdresser who can address my needs.Who is also in the know about what my hair can react to with my medications advice me & my carers on my hair & skin and at the same time treat me with dignity and not be patronising.Dana goes out of her way,time & salon to treat me i am honoured to have met such a kind & skill lady as Dana & The loft salon in Nottingham.
