Had my hair done by a lovely lady was expecting to pay £14 for haircut get to the till and was told it was £25 to say I was shocked when I questioned it I was told it was a language barrier. Have used this place for ages however I have been put off now. hair is amazing but disappointed

My experience at Celly's was amazing! U had bleached my hair at home and totally fried it.! I was greeted with a free consultation and friendly staff talked through what I would like to have done. My hair needed cutting and colouring and this was done in a very professional manner. The staff were excellent at working well with my damaged hair. The results were perfect and so beautiful!! I will always recommend this salon!

Very good service. Alex who did my hair was amazing. I was very worried about getting my hair coloured as I have a black hair and always turn orange when it gets bleached. She did very well bleaching and toning my hair. I am very well satisfied. My sister got her hair coloured here too and she loves it.

Went to see if I could get a hair cut based on a hairstyle in a photo of me and it came out practically well for a fair price of £9.90. I was also given a saving coupon that will lead to a free haircut if I go back to them again several times more. Therefore I had a good basic service as I know now what to ask for.

I was suspicious cos of feedbacks , but now I have been and seen the number of customers they go through a day .!! Just a few bad reviews won't even come close to good ones if everyone left a review :) Average greeting as it is very busy, nicely set up clean and most importantly "walk in " :) All the staff were very nice and helpfull , as much as they could in such busy environment . the girls who did my hair seemed very professional and in charge of the situation so I was confortable, I received a brilliant service at a brilliant price :) highly recommended...

This is a handy unisex hair salon on Bridge Street, which is ideal if you want to combine a quick hair cut with a shopping trip. They cut both men and women's hair and have special deals for children. No appointments necessary and cuts are just £11, and root colour also £11 which is an absolute bargain.

Had a bad haircut from another much pricier salon. It needed to be fixed. Went to Cellys and they were able to make my hair look brilliant! They are really knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent service, I highly recommend it

Before going the first time I asked one of my colleagues at work and read reviews. After reading reviews I was a bit scared and possibly dreading. However, when I went the first time quite few months I was happy with the price and services too. I have been there for few times already. When I was on Monday (24th Oct) I had to wait for few hours to be served (hair cut and colour). Why ? Most people will moan and complain about it though I can say this: yes, the waiting time was quite long but they were heavily understaffed (one woman working there was cutting and colouring hair for three people at one time (well done on how she coped and managed this) and two hair dressers were working only. Off course, I could have left without waiting for 2-3 hours to get my hair done but it was MY choice to stay and wait. In addition, the guy who served me was professional, apologised for waiting time, did a good job, offered treatment that benefits the hair (supplied with more information and explained price beforehand) as well as gave me a complimentary hair serum. My point is: some (and most) people might complain about it but sometimes you just need to try to look from other perspective and put yourself into their shoes.
