Katie did a fantastic job of fixing a very bad haircut I got 2 wks prior. I arrived earlier than my time and she immediately saw me, consulting on the best course of action. She was very pleasant, experienced, professional, and knew what I would and would not want. I trusted her completely and I left feeling so much better about my hair. Also, free samples of products and a complimentary haircut after a few visits is such a great bonus. I’m new to the area and found the salon I’ll will frequent for the foreseeable future.

Dianna has a wealth of knowledge and skill along with a wonderful, happy demeanour making you feel completely confident that you will look fabulous when you leave. Won a voucher on a raffle from the area had my 1st consultation with Katie who was very polite chatty welcoming talked me though colours and listened to what I wanted talked me through price guide that day got booked in in quick time so the wait wasn’t to long and suited me then on the day again very welcoming pleasant chat again asking taking time to ask how I want my hair and also giving guidance along the way refreshments much needed as was a hot day was great experience from start to finish for my 1st ever time in the salon thanks Katie much appreciate hope to visit again ..

Going to this saloon over half year. Lovely stuff, excellent customer service, makes you feel welcomed and relaxed. Strong on doing balayages. There is lot of proof of it on their Facebook page :) Medium prices. I would personally recommend going to Charlie. After a few times my hair looks and feels much more healthy, thicker and sits nice.

Charley was absolutely fab with my little boy’s first cut! We had a few tears but Charley was super kind and friendly and calmed him down, talking to him throughout. She was great with my little girl too, cutting her super long hair. Amazing atmosphere, amazing products and the salon is very chic. Always felt like visiting an old friend. The products and the service are amazing and Diana is very talented, changed my hair from meh to AMAZING to the point i couldn't belive that that is my actual hair. Love having my hair done at Elam. Been using this place since they opened and my hair has never looked so good. The space is very clean, pretty and could happily spend hours in there. The ladies that work there are not only very friendly and polite but very skilled at what they do. Have recommended it to a few friends and ever single person that has been has come out shouting the girl’s praises. Doesn’t matter who you have it always looks amazing and the head massages seal the deal. No matter your hair type or what you want done they can do it and trust me it will look amazing Days before lockdown they even managed to squeeze me in so I could get a cut done before they had to unfortunately close. Can’t wait to get back in once lockdown has ended
