Brilliant! My first visit. Ive just had my first hair cut since Feb 2020! I do want to grow it long, however being a lady of a "certain" age I was beginning to like the Witch of West! I went at about 1630...no waiting. A lovely person trimmed my hair and suggested a strategy to get it even longer and looking better. I felt respected and valued and after a little trim I feel a lot less witch like. I'm very pleased. Thank you. I will be back. BRILLIANT.

Both times after having a transplant and Covid my hair has fallen out by the hand fall and broken off so in bad condition. I was nervous about getting it cut. I felt so comfortable and was immediately put at ease so much so that I even had a fringe put in. I absolutely loved my hair which I haven’t done for the last couple of years. It looked and felt so much healthier. I’ll definitely be back.

Bit shocked at the price increase this time, was expecting prices to go up but this increase seems disproportionate. Also feel that the store should provide heating it is always so cold . However, despite all of this Amy did a fantastic job again.

I enjoyed my visit to Supercuts yesterday in Peterborough. I asked them to cut my hair into a short bob and that is exactly what I got. The staff are well trained and pleasant also my hairstyle is a great success with my family.

I visited the Peterborough salon in Queensgate shopping centre and it was brilliant. The man that cut my hair was always making sure that everything was how I wanted it to be and even added some curls at the bottom which made my finished hair look even nicer. They were very talkative throughout and seemed generally interested in what I was saying. I found the salon clean and tidy, and liked the fact that there were screens separating each chair. It definitely made me feel safe and relaxed as well as the fact that both members of staff were wearing masks and other PPE. Overall a great experience and I will certainly be going back.

I don't really like going to hair salons much as I'm a very shy person. However staff were very welcoming and friendly. Very attentive, they got the job done with no issues. My hair was in quite poor condition, hadn't been cut in a long time, split ends everywhere. My hair now feels better and more manageable. Was there less than 40mins.

The misses and mother inlaw went to have there hair thinned today. The service they received was very professional and the shop is clean and tidy. They made good convo to make you feel welcome. I Hate it when it silence and tense but it wasn't. As we have just come out of Covid-19 lockdown all staff was wearing there masks They are only accepting card payments which is understandable due to the pandemic. The pricing is very fair to be honist. They also sell hair products for those that like the salon quality. Overall i give 5***** and will be coming back.

I took my son for haircut. Young lady who was cutting his hair, had a bad attitude towards him. She was saying to him to look down , don't move. ect. but in not nice way at all. I understand that that is what he supposed to do. but she could say it in much nicer way. He is only 3 years old, and he was sitting nicely for that age. I just don't understand if people don't like children or don't know how to work with them why they don't take another customer ... Definitely not taking him back there. Haircut was done good. that's why I am giving 3 stars. Other staff was nice...

Wheelchair accessible hairdressers. Not a common thing. Very good cuts. Can't praise them enough, they are also happy to do a dry cut on clean hair, again something some of the competition would rather not do. Highly recommended
