After having nightmare experiences with bleaching at other salons, Marisa and John came to the rescue. I completely trust them in everything they do - fantastic knowledge, skill and genuine passion for their work. I’ve now moved to London but still going up to get my roots done and haircut. Brilliant service. Went for my sons first hair cut and it was perfect. I rang around trying to find the right place for a while, as it’s my sons first trim n knew he’d be nervous, these guys went out of there way to make it a lovely experience. I m so pleased with my hair transformation it was really long process to get this nice colour took 5 hours because I did a lot different box colours at home it was hard to lift the colour up but Marisa 👏she is very lovely lady she did really good job she really helpful and professional, they are not rude and they try to give you good advice about your hair ☺️

Love this hair salon. They have taken great care of me since I entered the door. I moved here a year ago, they have made me feel at home and made my hair look better than ever! Without an appointment, I just walked in and Marisa did an incredible transformation on me! Went in after bad experience elsewhere to get a bad cut and colour sorted. I did not ask price beforehand. Marisa, after listening to me, gave me fab advice about my choice of colour and advised well what would suit me. She also made sure the condition of my hair was addressed. The colours are absolutely fab, love what she did. I then had my hair cut by John. Again he listened to me. He then cut my hair to show the colour off and suited my face. The hair around my face was cut in a style I would not thought of and I love it. They are a great team and so friendly, will definitely go back. When it came to paying was over the moon, much lower it price, and I mean much much lower, then I paid at my last place 😀

Just had my first visit to Talking Heads since lockdown. The salon has implemented all the COVID measures/guidance very well. So no need to worry. I had an appointment with John and he's a gent. I highly recommend the salon to anyone looking for a post lockdown haircut.

With perspex dividers between workstations and basins sanitising Station on entry all felt very safe in these uncertain times. After reading a lot of perfect reviews I decided to try this place. I have very fine frizzy hair that I usually highlight. My natural color is dark blonde and I wanted gradually to come back to it. So my idea was to do rare and thin highlights to the regrown roots. So I asked for top of the head highlights and hair treatment with Lyuba. At the end I've got a nice colour but not matching my expectations- too light again, so my natural color is not seen. The hair treatment I was persuaded to take haven't done any good to my hair either. But I agree with previous reviewers- staff attitude is really good, they care about their customers.

Just back from my cruise. I was asked by the ship hairdresser in the SPA if my hairdresser entered competitions as she hadn’t seen such a good cut or how good my hair had been blended at the back of my head, as it was so precise Unbeknown to me a passenger had taken a photo of my hair and asked the stylist to cut her hair the same as mine. I have lived in Peterborough for over 34 years and I so wish I had Visited this Salon and met John & Marisa so much sooner. After having a “Blah” Haircut. You know the ones“Somethings wrong but I haven’t got a Clue what it is” and you’ve tried every styling tool and brush that Boots Sells and it still sucks. I had a Consultation and a Cut today with John and have found the Harry Potter off the Hairdressing World hidden away in Peterborough. A Flipping Wizard with a pair off Scissors. Who Knew ! Just don’t take over 30 years to have the best haircut you’ve ever had.

I had a hair appointment with Liuba for the first time recently, having just moved to Cambridgeshire and not finding anywhere decent in central Cambridge. Nothing tremendously fancy, just a routine trim with clippered sides, but Liuba was pretty meticulous and did a lovely (and efficient) job of it! Price-wise, it wasn't as cheap as some budget salons or barbers, but was significantly cheaper and better than higher end hair salons. The wealth of positive reviews speaks volumes for this salon - I can definitely recommend it.
