This is a "no nonsense, get what you pay for hairdresser". It's nothing special but then it's cheap. You do however get the feel that the staff hate being there, like they are attached to an invisible ball and chain. When you enter you are put on a kind of haircut conveyor belt which lacks the kind of customer service you often see in individual hairdressers. The website is also very poor as if it was abandoned half way through its creation. Overall the haircuts are cheap and decent but the customer service could be better.

Best hair stylists, beauty, tanning services. Everything in one place hair,beauty and sunbeds. No appointment needed just walk in. Friendly professional team. Clean well managed place. Very reasonable price, great package deals. Highly recommended!

Diana used to be my hairdresser for years. She is the best one I’ve ever had and will ever have. She will do what you want with the best quality out there. She knows everything and you’ll have fun talking to her while getting your hair done at the same time. Highly recommend to everyone who wants a beautiful and professional look :)

So, when I visited the salon I had no idea what I actually wanted. I usually go to another one a little closer to home, but as I wanted to try something completely new, I thought I'd try somehwere new too. I was quite nervous but everyone was extremely kind and helped me find out exactly what I wanted. I felt silly for how nervous I was, because I walked out with a whole new hairstyle and the feeling I was looking for. I felt amazing! Will 100% be going back.

Celly's has a very friendly and open policy. No appointment is required and they do and amazing job. For my haircut they only charged me 10 pounds despite advertising 12 pounds for everything. Great value for money and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have the stamp card for a free turn just remember to ask them to stamp it.

You get what you pay for.. No nonsense service. You want to feel pampered go pay fifty quid not eleven. They are working under intense pressure so no wonder you can feel a bit like being in a production line. I've paid eighty quid with a posh hairdresser before and come out wondering what they had actually done! I travel sixty miles to go there because they will always fit you in. Have to say in the three cuts I've had I will only use Melinda again.... Totally understood my dilemma about keeping a bit of length whilst getting rid of the awful straw like bulk. She was amazing and gave me good advice. Hair is now so easy to style.. In fact I finally have a style...thank you Cellys!

First time I went hair was down to waist, wanted at least half cut off with lots of layers, did everything I asked, very pleased. Second time, not so impressed, only needed about two inches off but layered on top. Got hardly any layers at all and loads cut off, did look OK ish, depends on which stylist you get. Will still be using them, has not put me off. Thankyou for the kind offer too sort it.

Very good hair dressers no appointment is necessary you can just walk in. They do very good packages and are very reasonable prices. I have been using them for a couple of years now and always happy with my hairdresser.

Whether you want a quality hair cut, to try a new style, a bit of pampering with lovely conversation then ask for Matthew at Celly's in Plymouth. Well worth the 220 mile drive down from Wales every 6 weeks. So glad he's back in the salon.

I have not know that this salon got new look. I been visiting it was soooo nice . There is tanning and Beauty . Very professional Beauty lady made my eye brow and I been in the sunbed and there was a standing one as I don’t like to lay . Very very good and kind people there .
