My daughter has extremely tight curls and we've struggled to tame them for so long. Popped into this salon not expecting to be fitted in as they were super busy. Not a problem, was told to come back in afternoon. Came back and they were busier and the poor lady hadn't had a break all day. I said I'd come back but the lady insisted if she could take a 10min break she would see my daughter. Had a fab hair cut and gave advise on what products to use. Will definitely be using this hair salon from now on. Would highly recommend 👌 😊

My 12 years daughter just had her first box braids. Thy are so neat and perfect despite my daughter wriggling around in the chair for the last hour, the hair stylist has done an amazing job and was very patient and understanding. The staff were all really nice, we will definitely be back soon. Thank you.

I'm thankful for the service provided at an urgency that was facilitated to me, the customer service and hair braiding was excellent. The stylist was fast and did my hair exactly as required if not better. I've recent moved to Plymouth and I will definatley be a frequent customer. I was concerned that my short hair would be difficult to do but it was not and still remains in perfect condition. Thank you fir everything. I would highly recommend this salon

Effective booking system, friendly staff, approachable, clearly communicated the service, supported choice we made to suit my Daughters preference, listened to what she wanted and treated her with respect and dignity. Not only did Lucas give a great cut but he had the competence and confidence to contradict my instructions and give me what I needed rather than what I initially asked for. Clarisse and her staff were very professional. They helped me decide which hair style I wanted and explained how long it would take and the take out process. I have been getting my hair extensions at CH Hair & Beauty salon for years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. It is worth the one hour journey as my braids always look fantastic. The team are friendly and professional and my hair (which is extremely thick) gets braided so quickly. Excellent value for money.
