As always it was an excellent service. I have been having facials with Zoe for a few years and she gives a very professional service - I always look forward to my monthly facial.

My first visit to Fox House and it won’t be my last. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable from the initial consultation right through to the finished product. I have been struggling to find a salon that actually delivers what you ask for for a while and am now happy to say the search is over! I fancied a complete change in both hair colour and hair style and called in on a whim to see if they could help. Lovely clean and upmarket salon and was made to feel welcome from the start. I left with a haircut that actually looks exactly like the photo I had shown the stylist, and my colour is absolutely amazing. Can not fault this salon at all. Have booked in for a brow tint next week!

First time ever having a treatment in a salon and cannot fault it at all. Had such and amazing experience . The hot stone massage and elemis facial was so amazing and relaxing. Will definitely be going again 🙂

I had an Elemis facial with Zoe. The Elemis products are excellent and have a nice subtle fragrance. Zoe perfectly read what my dry and sensitive skin needed and I left glowing, feeling relaxed and well looked after. She is not only masterful with the many steps of a facial but is intuitive and respectful. Best facial I’ve had.

Rang the doorbell and waited outside, already a positive note that they have this system in place to stop people barging in. Was provided with hand sanitiser and offered a mask (which was handy since i had misplaced mine). Was met by a lovely lady named Zoe who was friendly and delievered excellent customer service. Regarding the waxing, it was faultless. Room was spotless and relaxing, a comfortable environment. Would definitely reccommend.

Had my hair coloured today by Rachel Louise, she was absolutely wonderful and did a brilliant job with my hair. Wonderfully atentive and really understood what I wanted. The salon has such a warm welcoming atmosphere, as do the lovely staff. This was my first time visiting the salon and I can say with confidence I would love to return, had such a positive exerience.
