I booked a facial & massage with Haley. I have had a lot of massages over the years and would highly recommend Haley. She has a relaxing & professional air about her, certainly knows what she's doing & really took my tension away. Highly recommended

Fantastic! I had my eyelashes dyed and curled for the first time by Rebecca. My curled lashes lasted for 2 months! Great as I didn't need to curl them myself and I looked alive first thing in the morning. Very professional and friendly. Stunning beauty room too.

The staff at GHQ are always friendly, polite and helpful. Essential hair maintenance may be the obvious purpose for visiting, but it's also lovely to be able to have a natter over a cup of tea in a welcoming yet professional environment. Whilst I haven't had my nails done at GHQ, my mum is always really pleased with the work done on her nails and feels much better about herself after a visit. I can't recommend the snipping skills of Erin (Stylist To The Starrs!) highly enough!

Erin has done my hair for many years now and I have always been very happy. I know I am one of these nightmare clients who always wants the impossible and I am so indecisive but she always makes time for a consultation before to discuss what can be achieved. She always answers my questions about colours/cuts and the latest trends. I am always happy with the colour and I love Wella! Find Wella colours a great range and always great on my hair. I have had my hair done by other stylists in the past and they never seem to quite get it right. I am a nightmare for products too and Erin always advises me on the right products to suit my hair as I have struggled to find anything to suit in the past. I love Pureology shampoo and conditioners! Chrissie has also done my extensions and done a awesome job! I have had lots of great comments. I also have had my waxing and massages done by Angel and he always also does a great job and meets my needs. I have had my nails done in the past too, with different nail technicians and i have always been happy with the result. My partner has also used the salon to have his hair cut by Emily, which he has always been pleased with. All in all a great, friendly, professional salon.

Erin and her colour knowledge and application is unbeatable. Plus she gives an amazing cut and a proper blow dry! Everyone in the salon is lovely and friendly, always a relaxing pampered experience.

I visited this salon for the first time .... lucky to have Tamsin cut and colour my hair which was an awful state. She has done an amazing job. I came out feeling like a different person. A lovely atmosphere and the best place in town for hair and beauty. Charles has been doing a great job of cutting and colouring my hair and Susan keeps my nails looking good.

By far one of the best salons I have been to. All the staff make you feel welcome and Erin is a genius when it comes to colouring my hair. Can't wait for my next visit!
