I have been going to Incognito for regular hair appointments since 2002; the service is always been fantastic and standards have only gotten better as the years pass. I regularly have extensions by Letitia and she is always on hand to provide expert advice and guidance. My favourite thing about incognito is how honest Letitia is about what will work for you and what will not. The staff get to know their client's well and are able to help with choosing hair styles which will work with your lifestyle. I've never had a bad experience here and are there pretty much every 4 weeks. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you for the continuing excellent service.

I have been using Incognito for over 10 years now and would never trust anyone else to work on my hair. I have had extensions, colour treatments, wedding hair and many hair restyles .. all of which I have been very happy with. Letitia and her team always listen to what I want and are on hand to offer advice and guidance. Letitia is very accommodating, even when I change my mind at the last minute, as I did today, she will ensure that I get exactly what I am expecting ... without disrupting her busy schedule. I always leave the salon smiling. The salon itself is warm and welcoming and the atmosphere is always lively and vibrant. The team are attentative to my needs and very friendly. The price list I feel is very good for a city centre salon, I always feel as though I have received good value for money after each visit. The salon stocks a wide range of aftercare products, again at a reasonable price, and the stylist will always offer advice for suitable products, if asked. Letitia and her team are very experienced and knowledgeable, and I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful city centre salon to others. This is a popular salon so booking is advisable!

I'm Melita and have been going to incognito for two and a half years now and would not trust any other Salon with my hair . The owner Letitia and the girls that work there are very friendly and welcoming. When asking for their advise they always give you an honest opinion. Every hair style,cut and colour I've had done has been to a high standard and I am always pleased with the outcome . I would definitely recommend them .

I have been a customer of incognito for nearly 10 years, after leaving my previous salon as they often did not do what I asked for, instead doing what they wanted, including cutting my hair shorter when they knew I was growing it. I have to say I have not had this problem at Incognito. I have never had a bad hair day after going to the salon. I usually have Latitia to cut my hair, who is excellent at cutting my thick hair. On occasions I have had other stylists do my hair, these include Candice, Jodie and Brogan and have been equally pleased with the results. I find that the prices are reasonable, especially when you consider how long it takes for a cut and colour, the products and all the additional costs of running a business. The staff are always warm and friendly, providing the magazines I like to read when waiting for the colour to take. A big thanks to all the team from Angela Furniss

Im mecia, and i am a full time model in london, i have been having my hair done by Incognito for as long as i can remember, now i am in london i have no problems travelling down to Incognito as i know for sure they will give me what i want and do an amaaazing job at it. Letitia has been doing my hair extensions for years and every time they look very natural and beautiful. The salon is very bright and welcoming and the staff are great and seem to have a lot of knowledge. I must say , they do the best head massages ever whilst your hair is being washed. I give Incognito top marks 10/10 on everything and i highly recommend everyone to try out Incognito.

I have my hair cut and coloured by Letitia. She always does a fantastic job. In fact I have been going to Incognito for many, many years and have never had a problem. Really good hairdresser. Reasonable prices. Team are lovely and friendly but not at all cakey. Salon is set in a beautiful Grade 1 listed manor house in Plympton so a visit could not feel more indulgent.

just got back from my latest visit to incognito and as always pleased as punch with the job done by tish,Have been going there for more years than i can remember after first meeting tish when she started out as a mobile hairdresser.Always a warm welcome,and as previous posters have mentioned its never too much trouble to try a new style or colour.If your looking for a place to try you will not find one any better than this. The service is always excellent with friendly, experienced staff who take the time to get to know you and I have always been really pleased with with everything they have done. The salon is within walking distance from town and I would recommend it to my family and friends.
