Would highly recommend Vaughan's as a great place for a new hair style, the best gel nails in town and the most relaxing facial ever had. All over brilliant team with Rob, Karen & Nancy all making me and my daughter feel thoroughly pampered and at home....

Having recently relocated to Plymouth from Kent I knew I needed to find a local hairdresser. Quite a tall order looking for someone to take care of your hair when you've been happy elsewhere for many years. I regularly walk past Vaughan's & thought I'd give them a go! From the moment I walked in the salon earlier this week and Rhianna organised my appointment to seeing Emily for my wash & cut I knew I'd come across a friendly, proficient and professional business. Both the girls were friendly and informative. Vaughan himself is fantastic and having met him I can understand why he's been successful in his business over many years.

Vaughan’s is the best Hair Salon I have ever visited by a mile. Have been 3 times so far and have booked again. Apart from being a beautiful space with lovely friendly, professional staff it is the interest in the client that stands out for me. It’s not just a hair cut it’s a hair cut that’s personalised to me, my face shape, my hair type, my lifestyle. A lot of effort goes into this by the staff and it works. Love this place. I have been visiting for just over a year. Ryan is a genius, had my hair done a week ago, still loving it every time I see my reflection. The salon is so friendly, Vaughan and the team make everyone feel like they are family. I even saw the staff walking customers to their cars with umbrellas because the weather was so bad. Coffee & hot chocolate is always available or even Prosecco. The team seem to all get along which gives it a nice,calm, friendly atmosphere. They appear to cater for every age group and have so many options for a pamper. Well worth a visit, if you have never been before they will make you feel welcome, which is not always the case in some salons.

Vaughan always cuts my for years wouldn’t go anywhere else. Ryan colours my hair, lovely therapeutic atmosphere, friendly, happy salon beautiful views. Love having my hair cut here, I'm very picky with how I want my hair to look and Vaughan and Ryan never disappoint. Since coming here my hair is so much healthier and I couldn't be more grateful. Looking for a relaxing friendly modern salon then Vaughan’s is the place to go. Set in a great location looking out onto the marina you can sit back and know you are in professional hands. Ryan is amazing and totally understood what I wanted from my hair cut and colour. Highly recommended as the team all clearly love going to work and making your visit fabulous.

Vaughan's hair and beauty is the definition of incredible customer service. I had a balayage and cut done. One of my favourite authors Robin Sharma will often say, that if you want to be a leader, be a master of your craft and deliver over and above what is expected of you. Ryan (one of the hairdressers) was definitely a master of his craft and Vaughan went over and above what could ever be expected. I thought I would write this post to express my gratitude for how I was treated that morning, as well as to let anyone else who is looking to use this service know that this is a hidden gem. The views from the salon are beautiful, the service incredible, the hot chocolate is delicious, the owner is incredibly kind, and it is just a lovely space to spend a few hours getting pampered.

Loving the haircuts my friend and I got. We both have quite thick and wavy hair, which can be tricky to work with, but Ryan knew exactly how to cut it to give it life and shape while it works with our respective overall styles. The salon has that new and fresh look and feel to it. It's a great place to go for a quality haircut and some self pampering.
