I wish to convey my thanks to Jo & Cass Hair & Beauty Preston, for the wonderful service offered to me throughout my appointment today. In particular to Mark on reception offering such a warm welcome to the salon. Closely followed by Rolando, a truly kind and thoughtful hair stylist. I was made to feel so special and my haircut was second to none. I left feeling elated with my new hairdo, the cut and colour, lovely. Definitely a salon to visit!! 👍🏼😍

I got my hair done by a junior hairstylist called Joe. Considering he has only been there since September, he did a fantastic job with my hair. I asked for a pixie cut as I hated the length my hair was at and the style of it since I previously shaved it and had let it grow out, and oh my word - even when he had to ask for help from a senior hairstylist, he absorbed every bit of advice and I was so impressed. My hair is so much healthier, fresher and I feel so much lighter. I feel good about myself for the first time in a long time. Thank you to Joe and the salon for a lovely experience. I would definitely come back again.

Went for a wash and blow dry today, had Joe who was so lovely! Really great service, fab hairstylist & made me feel very welcome. Highly recommend Joe if you’re ever in need of a hair cut/refresh

The service quite nice. The hairstylist was amazing. Clean area, was sat down by the receptionist and attended straight away. Receptionist did seam a bit judgmental. The two clients who came after me were sat down and were asked drinks while i was never asked. Not a big fuss but did mind the fact the the clients were indeed white and I am brown. Hopefully not racially motivated but felt like it.

Very comfortable, relaxed atmosphere as you walk in, chic interior of course and the stylist was very informative on how to best care for my type of hair and when and how to use products. I saw Victoria and I highly recommend her. Also you get the best head massage when you get your hair washed!😱

It’s really worth the money. Had a lovely stylist called Jen who I really recommend,I get bad anxiety and she put me right at ease. Honestly recommend it to anyone who needs a new salon in Preston, it definitely is 5 star service. Update; went back today and had another lovely stylist called Amy, had a load of length taken off my hair and she did an amazing job, couldn’t be more pleased if I tried.

The Gent's Room - first visit for hair cut and shave and thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Staff are attentive and experienced in their craft. I would recommend making an appointment though this isn't necessary. Was looked after by John and Cameron and as the website says "a perfect start to a weekend"

I have always had a good experience when I have been to the Preston salon. Jo colours my hair and listens to what I want, she always does a professional job. Amanda and Chloe have both styled my hair and I have been very happy with the results. All the salon staff have always been very friendly and professional, thankyou.

I usually go in to cut my hair every year, however my last experience wasn't the best. I was booked in with a stylist to get a new fringe. I was suppose to be booked in with a man name shane but he was not available and I therefore was approached by a very rude stylist. She was really moody and didn't want to cut my hair. I advised her about the style I wanted and she did the total opposite. Not happy with customer service.

Went in for a trim (I have moderately curly hair with my sides shaved) and it's a super nice salon, I was in and out in 30 minutes with a quality haircut that wasn't rushed in the slightest, really happy with the price I paid given the experience I had and the haircut I walked out with. Chrissy did a great job, quite accommodating and asked about my thoughts on the haircut along the way, will be coming back :)

By far the best cut I have is always at Jo and Cass. I have been to Jo and Cass in Lancaster, Preston and Morecambe. Not once have I had anything less than a fantastic service. The consultation is lengthy, the advice is right, the time taken is heart felt and the attentiveness of the staff is unparalleled. Absolutely my number one choice. And to top it off, I get a personal text after most visits to ensure I am happy with my cut. Would not consider going anywhere else.

I used Katie from Jo and Cass to do my hair for my wedding at the Inn at Whitewell. I was a bit nervous at first as I now live in London so I wouldn't have chance to do many hair trials before the wedding. However, Katie was FANTASTIC and really put me at ease. I knew straight away she understood what I wanted. On the morning of the wedding she was a pleasure to have around and even did two of my bridesmaid's hair as a last minute add on. I can't recommend her enough and will defintely use Katie/Jo and Cass on my next trip up to Preston.
