This is my place to go for a great pampering session. They are lovely people, fun and very polite. I always get the best hot towel clean shave and I feel amazing afterwards. They know what they're doing, they love it and it shows. Good prices, free tea/coffee and very beautiful decorated.

Really nice and friendly barbers shop. Both Mehmet and Ismail are excellent at cutting hair and hot towel shave. But the most important person at the shop is Maya who will look after you with teas and coffees and is an excellent barber for short hair, beard trimming, waxing and threading. Always a great haircut with Caversham Turkish Barbers!

Such a great barbers! I took my daughter (who is 2 years old) in for a haircut and the guy who cut it, did such a lovely job. Thank you!! He was so calm and made her feel so at ease, she practically drifted off whilst he was cutting! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming too. My daughter was delighted to get a lollipop too, whilst we waited our turn. I would highly recommend.

An amazing barber shop run by incredibly friendly and hospitable staff! I went for my usual haircut and beard trim/shave which was done perfectly. In addition, at the end I had my hair washed followed by a wonderful hot Turkish towel treatment which topped things off nicely. The whole service came to £25 in total - a bargain if you ask me! What I really love about this place is the the fact that they also trade on Sunday which is very convenient as most barbers would be shut, however the pandemic has resulted in many places increasing their trading hours. One thing I forgot to ask was whether or not they offer student discounts. Nonetheless I would definitely recommend going here!

What an amazing place from start to finish. I have had many Turkish style shaves in the past and this is by far the best. There are two brothers who run the show under the guidance of a gentleman named Ali. I met all 3 today. Ali I believe is Turkish, and the two young brothers (Alexander, 19 and David, 24) are from Bulgaria. Do not be put off by their age; they have delivered the most superb cut and shave. They are highly trained and highly disciplined young men making their way in their world early in their career. You are welcomed into the shop by a cool drink or hot beverage from both brothers and then after discussing your hairstyle, Alexander starts off by shaping your beard and hairstyle to your liking and then finishes his round with a steam and wet shave. Then he hands over to his older brother David, who does the detailing around the top of the ears the back of the neck and using the burning wand to remove hair from the ears. He then finishes off with a hot towel, arm and hand massage after you have had your hair washed. You leave feeling like a million dollars and a haircut and style that is exactly how you like it. If I could give this place more than 5 Stars I would.

I've been going to these guys since they opened. They're always going the extra mile to make sure you look dappa and fresh everytime. Their attention to detail, professionalism and pricing is really good. If you want a really good haircut and shave, don't hesitate.

Went here a few weeks back and had the special cut. Have been to a few barbers in reading but for the price and quality of the cut this is by far the best around. Both barbers are great and take their time on your cut even if there's a queue of people. Would highly reccomend this place!!

I have known cj for years and I have been to plenty of barbers and I can safely say having a haircut with cj and experiencing the way he cuts hair you would not want to go to anyone else, he is definately the best in the business at what he does and can cut any type of hair doing any style, any design for shaves, patterns etc cj can do it all. The shop looks really good with alot of different and vibrant colours which make the shop stand out alot, if you value your hair and want a good quality professionally well done haircut or shave then cj is the shop to visit.
