N. B.Was clear on the phone when booking the appointment that it was for my Grandmother. Checked pricelist on their webpage. Charged my Gran normal price not OAP price because it wasn't the right day (we could have been Informed?) and then informed prices on their website were wrong. My gran was otherwise happy with the styling but felt disappointed that they were not clearer with the pricing.
