Been going to this salon for years, my sanctuary when I need a pamper session. Aside from getting my hair cut, coloured (and the odd treatment to help look after it), I receive counselling when I need it, a good laugh and the all important holiday tips. Thank you Tracey and Sarah for looking after me (and my hair) over the years. Highly recommend this salon (and their other one near Waitrose).

After going to two other salons over the past year and a half to have my hair Balayaged, I had never had the result I was looking for. I had given up and didn't think I would find anyone to give me the hair I had envisioned. However, I finally decided to give it go at Shotz hair and beauty, just hoping they would make my hair vision come true. As soon as I spoke to Frankie about the kind of balayage I was looking for, I felt put at ease, as she seemed very knowledgeable and listened to what I was looking for. She explained the process to me, and took her time meticulously painting the bleach on my hair section by section, and also made sure it had processed correctly. Even when she put the toner on, she took her time making sure it was applied in the correct areas. Though she could not stay to see the end results, Frankie did an amazing job and she is a real credit to the salon. Jodie was also very lovely, and gave me a cut and blow dry which really finished my look, and gave me that confident grin as I left the salon. I can't wait to show off my new hair on my big day, and I defo will be back for future touch ups. Thanks girls!

I walked passed this salon many times. I didnt have an appointment. But straight away. A young girl called Lille booked me in and Pavla cut my hair. Chatty and professional Definitely come back again. And good price too. Their are a credit to your company. And I wish more people were like that. Thank You :-)

It's never late to rectify. I have rated this local previously with 1 star review - 2 years ago to be exact. It wasn't a nice experience due too I ended up with a cut that I did not enjoy. On the contrary, I decided to give a chance to the business with the facial treatment and I have to say this made me change my mind. I had an amazing facial from Pavla today - today! I'd like to make also a suggestion or to give you an idea if you allow me of course: Although I have seen that you offer massages, but I couldn't see that you offer the reductive massage. This might be a plus for the business because there's none in town, and definitely would give it a try.

I came in for my first ever Brazilian wax and Pav was amazing! She really put me at ease, listened to what I wanted and delivered exceptional results. Cant recommend enough, will definitely be returning in the future.
