Kimmy has been doing my hair for over a year now and I am always so pleased with the result. The salon is bright, clean and tidy and she has a professional, welcoming team. Kimmy is an expert in her field and its so nice to have a local hairdresser that would rival any London salon. My appointments are always on time and I cannot recommend her highly enough and would not dream of going anywhere else. 🙂

Let's start with the salon. The decor is classy, stylish and tasteful. Kimmy makes sure it is kept clean at all times which is impressive! She is an absolute gem! She is attentive and makes sure you are comfortable during your time and happy with your results after. She's knowledgeable as well so your hair is in good hands. Her mocktails are delicious too!! I can never get enough. I've been multiple times and have never been disappointed with the service. 10/10 recommend. Big up Kimmy and the style nation staff!!

The #salon was #clean & it felt #professional. I went for a quick shaping trim to even out my hair length. I ended up also doing a relaxer. The people were friendly and they kindly took my booking without an appointment. A good service, but the price was a bit of a hit. £80 for a quick #trimming #cut & #relaxer. I found this #costly but I would still #recommend them if you are #treating #yourself or if you can #afford #it. 4 stars due to the cost. Otherwise everything else was good.

Been to Kimmy's twice now for my relaxer and she is brilliant - professional, cares about the details and providing a truly luxurious experience. I feel 'taken care of' and pampered each time. Decor is beautiful, always spotless. Not a single burn from the relaxer; head massaged well during wash (if you know you know - important!). I always leave feeling a million dollars. Thank you Kimmy! Like many women of colour my stylist is like family. After 14 years with my previous stylist it took me 7 years to discover Style Nation and my hair has found a new home. Kimmy and her staff redefine the black hairdresser experience. Kimmy and her team are welcoming -no ignoring you for 10 min leaving you standing in the doorway. The salon is almost obsessively tidy and well laid out. Kimmy's personal creative touches reflect a pride in her business that extends to every head of hair. She confers with you about your wants and provides professional advice accordingly. Everything is explained before, during and after your styling. By her own assertion Kimmy treats every head of hair as she would her own and that dedication to quality shows. Her staff are attentive, professional and clearly talented. If I could give Style Nation by Kimmy 10 stars I would.

I absolutely love going to stylenation! Kimmy personally sees to it that my hair looks incredible each and every visit! Her salon offers treatments and hair procedures that I’ve never come across anywhere else in Hampshire and all of her staff are lovely, and attentive. Kimmy runs a fabulous salon. I've been a customer of hers for several years now and recommend her to all my friends. My son also goes there now too. This is a fantastic, reasonably priced Afro Caribbean and Caucasian hair salon. Kimmy the stylist is warm and friendly. She is experienced and knowledgeable about hair and products. I always feel welcomed when I visit the salon and come away feeling happy with my hair. The salon is clean and I am always offered a cup of tea or coffee. There is ample parking in most of the side roads for up to 2 hours. Can't wait for my next visit!
