a. s.Just popped in on the off chance of getting a dry cut and was pleasantly surprised that I was seen straight away. The lady understood what I wanted and the style I wanted to achieve. I'm pleased to say she did a fantastic job and I am delighted with my hair cut. Will definitely return when the tome comes.
O. M.The service was excellent as always. Nicky is a very professional hairdresser and always does an excellent job with my hair. I only noticed that the lack of a receptionist compromise the time of the hairdressers, whom have to stop what they are doing, to attend people coming to buy products, checking people who’s not joining properly the new queuing system, taking payments or asking for a service.

To help support the team’s great work it would be lovely if their head office helped them with reception assistance or added another team member to cover reception and front of house.
C. N.No queuing on a Saturday, brilliant start. Young man washed and cut my hair, amazing cut knew about naturally curly hair. Will definitely go back and have recommend to my sister.

T. V.Despite of joining online queue and it showing one hour of waiting time, it took 2.5 hours to actually. person who provided service wasn't fluent in English so bit of challenge faced there. Requested for Hair treatment which costs £4.5, that lady did odd inspection of my scalp (pulling my hair from different directions) and when I tried to ask what she is doing exactly, she said I am checking something I cannot tell, I took this kind treatment previously and no one else did that kind of inspection previously. Over all it was bit annoying experience.
Definitely queuing and waiting time information needs major improvement
