Lucy cut my mother’s hair and she was amazing. Well done girls!

P. H.I have been using Zappas for a very long time now. The professionalism of the staff has always been exceptional and I have always been happy with the resulting haircut and care. During the pandemic they have had to deal with other challenges especially after opening after prolonged closures. I have always felt safe in the salon during these Covid times. I wholeheartedly recommend them to new customers.

c. p.I am a regular customer at zappas twyford and I cant fault the stylist they are very professional and always do my hair brilliantly I come out feeling rather happy and relaxed definately value for money and I wouldn't go anywhere else chloe Chelsey and Amelia I have and def would recommend any of these three. The girls that wash your hair are training most of the time they are good but sometimes I feel like my hair has been pulled from left to right overall a very good hair salon. Thank you girls for all your hard work you do amazing see you soon

T. P. G.I have recently moved to Twyford from London and was nervous about getting my hair cut and dyed at a local hair dressers. I was so impressed with Zappers from the get go, all the staff are very friendly and welcoming offering you drinks from tea to prosecco along with snacks once you are seated.The lady who did my hair, Amy, spent time chatting with me to figure out what I had in mind and suggested adding layers for my cut which I have never had and now LOVE! my balayage is the best I have ever had, it looks natural and I love how it moves nicely in the light. I do not have the easiest hair, there is ALOT of it and it is very thick so I have had some bad hair cuts in my time.
I would recommend this salon to anybody, in fact i actually told my sister she needs to go and she is booking an appointment in the next few weeks.
