I was absolutely delighted with my experience at this salon. Lauren is an absolute wonder - she was lovely and friendly and an absolute professional - and her head massage was the best!. I was so pleased with my hair cut and colour - absolutely divine! I highly recommend Lauren for anyone looking for a great salon experience.

I always trust Lauren to do an amazing job with my hair, she's super professional and is great at making the whole experience feel like a relaxing pamper session. I usually get balayage which takes a while but Lauren is great at making you feel comfortable and has lots of knowledge to share of all things hair! She's a credit to any salon she works in and I highly recommend putting your trust in her for all your hair needs :)

This used to be my favourite place to have my hair done. I was happy to pay the price as they do such amazing job with my hair. I've even recommended them to other friends. However, lately this salon has been a let down. Once I was told to come in at anytime for a patch test, and then found out that they closed early, didn't let me know. Second they cancelled my appointment on the day! They couldn't even compensate as they have no staff! Such a shame, will not book here again and will not recommend, unless you're ready to be disappointed.

Managed to book a last minute appointment with Dan. He was great, listened to what I wanted, advised and I left very happy. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back. It's refreshing to find someone who knows about and can cut curly hair 😊

I have been at Associates Hair Southampton on two visits so far for a wash, cut and style and on both visits I was very pleased with the results! Being able to book appointments online is a great bonus and the moment I stepped through the door I felt welcomed by very friendly front of the house staff. The general feel of the place is very friendly and pleasant which worked well to sooth my anxiety. All of my appointments were on time with no delays and I'm looking forward to coming back there again on my next one as well as recommending it to my friends.

Had a blonde balayage done with Lauren and she was absolutely amazing! My hair is so thick and dark but she managed to get it so light and ashy, which was perfect! I showed her a few pictures and she basically recreated them, honestly so impressed and pleased with my appointment. Lauren was so professional and took her time with my hair, as well as being super friendly during the process. I will definitely be coming back soon for another appointment!!

I went to the salon with home-bleached & home-cut hair that was like straw but, thanks to Lauren, I came out with the most incredible soft, supple hair and beautiful expensive-looking, classy colour! Fabulous new salon - very spacious, clean and welcoming. Frankie has been doing my hair for some years now and I followed her from Winchester to the new salon. She managed my transition from block colour (to hide the grey hairs) to highlights and I am so happy with my hair now. It's low maintenance and looks great. I would highly recommend this salon and Frankie!

I was treated fairly the customer service offered was exceptional. I received expert advice regarding my hair. I had a mix of bad colours including gray my hair was dry due to medical issues. They helped me acheive an amazing result offered me a plan to also maintain also. I also had Oplex here which was an amazing experience and very relaxing. The products used here also are amazing my hair feels like someone elses and i am actually going to buy some as my hair seems to love it to. The atmasphere is friendly and helpful. The salon is adhering to social distancing and is very clean. Customers are very spaced out. Salon staff wear masks as do the customers. Hope the salon junior is a raye of sunshine. Ask for advice and you will receive.

Love this salon, very stylish, clean and the air conditioning was a life saver on a hot day! I had my hair done by the stylist Will, absolutely fantastic. Could not fault how he cuts or colours my hair. He also gave me advice on what shampoo and conditioner to use to help the condition of my hair. Plus, he makes my hair look incredible after a blow dry! Definitley recommend going here!

AMAZING!!!! My friend and I went in to town hoping to get our hair done as we needed a little confidence boost. We spotted the offer ‘balayage £44’ which is actually really cheap! We went in to enquire thinking they’re probably fully booked and we’ll have to come back for a patch test anyway. However Frankie, was so lovely and all the staff were very attentive from the get go. I hadn’t had my hair done by a different salon before and she made my anxious self feel very at ease. She gave me a gorgeous restyling and beautiful tones in my new revamped hair, I am absolutely in love. The interior of the salon is really nice and open has a bit of a edgy vibe but also really professional. I like how all the staff are so professional but also still very much themselves. The bathroom was spotless and in decent condition. All in all it’s a great salon with a good reputation in Winchester as they do have a salon over there too however this branch is newly opened. Would recommend to any friends and family if they’re looking to get hair re done.

Not a place for curly hair The staff was lovely and took time to listen to what I wanted in terms of colour. And from what I saw whilst there, they were doing a great job with the other customers. However, I do not think they are used to dealing/finishing curly hair at all. I asked to have it diffused after the colour, but after looking like the Lion King (hair was brushed after washing and no product was added), had to request to have it rinsed again. I left the salon dripping and went straight to boots to get some curling cream. Curly hair and salons are never a good combination

Love it ❤️ My appointment was at 11:45 am, but they serve me at 12 am. But I love the results. My hairstylist name was Lisa. They have hygiene protocol during this pandemic, hand sanitizer, mask, face shield, etc. For me everything is good.

For the last ten years Frankie has been cutting my hair and despite a move to London, i will not let anyone else touch it. She always has new tips and advice for me and I know i can trust her. The new salon is in a great location and really welcoming. I cannot recommend this place enough.
