R.Been a client of Equinox Gentleman's Refinery Barbers for just under a year now and after trying various Barbers prior to Equinox, I can honestly say, they are by far the best I have experienced. Kerri, Claire & Mia create a very friendly and professional atmosphere along with making you feel so relaxed and at ease the moment you walk through the door. The waiting facilities, along with the design and decor are second to none, which gives a feel that you know you are in the right place. The results from their hair and beard grooming, along with sound advice, is the best I've experienced. I have no need to go anywhere else and I would highly recommend Equinox to anyone who is looking for a sharp, smart look.

Aside from the perfect haircut every time, the staff at equinox are genuinely lovely which is immediately obvious when you walk in. The atmosphere in the shop is brilliant and very accommodating.
Claire cuts my hair and within 2 minutes of being in the seat with her the first time, I knew I would be a repeat customer. She took the time to learn and get to know my head of hair, all the fine details and preferences , which ultimately leads to amazing results.
Price wise, you will find cheaper barbers in town but don’t scrimp on what matters - you pay for what you get!
The booking system is also really easy to use and super convenient.

This professionalism, confidence and experience were on the highest level. Atmosphere was awesome, everyone was extremely friendly and kind. Best place to have a haircut in Southampton. I get a cut with Kerri every four weeks and always leave feeling amazing. I live out of Southampton now but it’s well worth the drive in. Keep up the awesome work team Equinox.
j.Been struggling to find a place for a decent haircut for a while now. I was in the area yesterday and thought I would try Equinox out. Ted the apprentice did my hair and wow. He’s done an amazing job the best haircut I’ve had in a long long time. Not only did he give a great haircut, he was friendly and had great chat.

M. R.Great barbers. The Equinox team are very polite and get on with everybody. Every time I’ve been there they are so welcoming. They have a lounge/waiting area to relax on the sofa and watch TV before your cut. Very professional service and a top quality cut. Will go here every time

In addition smartened up my beard, straight razor edges with an exemplary finish.
Worth it? In my opinion yes… I get my hair cut every 4-6 weeks which is 10-12 times a year.

w.I’ve visited most barbers in Southampton until I came across this place and haven’t looked back since. I can confidently say this is probably the best barbers in Southampton. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is really nice and exactly what you’d want from a barber shop - such an intimate experience with high level skill and precision going in to every cut I’ve had. I’ve been seeing Kerri regularly and over time she’s got to know my hair and beard better than I know it myself. She’s always making recommendations given the way my hair has changed over time, and with every cut she delivers exceptional results - a true barbering experience of high quality and standards.
