T. W.This used to be my go-to barbers, but it has become very hit and miss nowadays. I used to get a consistent service and haircut, however I get a different result everytime. The staff have changed a lot and they seem distracted talking to the other staff or watching the TV. It's a shame as there are so many barbers in the Shirley area and this one used to stand out for me.

a. l.Good barbers, have been going here for a year or so now. The service has gone downhill a bit the last few visits, it used to feel like an experience rather than a hair cut and beard trim, now it just feels the same as any other high street barbershop.

R. B.They usually pampering you with a massage after a wet shave and were very caring with the hot towels, but today was really bad, rushed job (they weren't even busy) no massage and 30 seconds hot towel.
