We had a good discussion about the hairstyle I was looking for and then she personally washed my hair and cut it. It was a super experience and I can thoroughly recommend this salon

M. S.Offered a good but slightly pricey hair cut. I was less impressed with their diary keeping, however; one planned apppointment had to be cancelled although we'd made it very clear from the first booking that we had a strictly limited time window.

C. L.This is honestly the best salon I've visited! I went to this salon last friday and had the most attentive session from very friendly hair dressers! My whole experience was enjoyable, from the informative consultation to the hair colouring and the cut. I went from plain black long hair to a more styled reddy brown and I absolutely fell in love with it! The staff were clearly very passionate about what they do and my hair colourist was an absolute perfectionist which I thought was a really great quality as opposed to some big company hair dressers who seem to be on a tight schedule and don't really care. Alisha (i think it was) listened to everything I wanted and helped me make well informed decisions, she explained all the colouring processes to me which I found very useful to know what was being done. I'm usually very nervous about getting my hair cut as other salons in the past have cut way too much off but I was very pleasantly surprised with how she cut me a new style and curled it all for me! The whole overall service was great and I even got given two free samples of the shampoo & conditioner that had been used on my hair! Will definitely be becoming a regular here!
