The best salon in Southampton, I have been going for over 5 years and wouldn't be seen going anywhere else!!!! All the staff are so friendly it feels like a family. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. If I can't put into words what I want, Josie finds a way to read my mind and give me the perfect colour every time. I now live in Bristol but travel back to Southampton specifically to come here and get my hair done. Once you find the one, there's no other option 🥰

Josie (senior stylist) was wonderful during my colour consultation back in January, and my latest cut and colour in March. I was nervous trying a new salon but Josie was very friendly and really knew her stuff. Was very happy with my hair, exactly what I wanted. Amazing head massage while having the colours washed out too! Looking forward to my next visit. Treatments: Full Head foils with a Cut & Blowdry Cost: £50 deposit and final payment of £39.50 - well priced. Colour: 1:1 copper/blonde, leaving in some of my natural brown colour - don't remember exact colour names

I went in for a wash cut and blow dry on long hair. I had a lovely time and Kirsty that did the cut was super nice. My only complaint is my hair is about 3 inches shorter than I expected. (Luckily super long to start with!)

Impressed with the service and pricing here, well kept salon with professional and welcoming staff. Some hair dressers I found in Southampton were charging extortionate amounts for just a medium cut but this place wasn’t. First time this evening and will definitely go back. A perfect all rounder.

Went in to the salon everyone was so friendly Working in care you have the heating on all day my ends were so dry and my hair is always up so get alot of split ends I have had a trim and a milkshake conditioning treatment my hair smells and looks amazing has abit of life in it again thank you so much for making me feel so relaxed and welcome I will definitely be back ~ josie was my hairdresser x

Since i moved to the UK 7 years ago, I haven't found a good hairdresser that would meet my expectations and needs. At Justice for Hair I have found not only excellent service and treatment, but also a great professionalism and competence. The girls were all very kind and sweet and the girl who washed my hair also gave me a scalp massage! The price was absolutely good value for what I requested! I will definitely re-book next time :)

I have difficult hair (a lot and thick/coarse) and was a bit stressed in my first appointment with them. Josie was very patient and helpful considering that she had to spend more time polishing my hair with the straightener. This could have been prevented by using hair mask or more intense blowdrying but Josie realised this and we have another plan for my next appointment, of course with her. I loved the final result and the best is that they care about clients' satisfaction. Definitely, I will be loyal to Josie! Thanks!

Been a client for a couple years now and so grateful I found them after moving to Southampton. They are the only hairdressers I trust! Colour always looks great and they listen to what you want. The products are so good and the price is always reasonable plus you get discounts and free treatments! Definitely recommend.

I've been twice to get my hair cut and some highlights. Both times I was very happy with the results, especially the highlights. I was hesitant to get my highlights as I'd never had them done before, but they were done so well and so delicate that I was extremely happy and would 100% get them done again. Great place, price and excellent staff that know what they're doing.

Love visiting these ladies. Always a welcoming, vivacious atmosphere. I usually see Lucy who's a great stylist, she's always 100% committed to giving you a hair style you'll love. Also seen Amy many a time before; she's a really knowledgeable, skilled stylist. This last time I visited, I was totally blow away by my colour and super conditioning treatment- thanks Lucy! I'm usually really picky on who i let cut my hair as i have had a bad experience before but after seeing really good reviews i thought i'd give this place a try. My hair is thick and curly and so it can be a challenge to cut my hair but Nikki did a fantastic job! I will definitely be getting my hair cut here from now on and would recommend to everyone to come here as the prices are cheap and they really listen to how you want your hair. I came out with my hair looking exactly how i had initially wanted it to and feeling so much healthier!

After being told by numerous chain hairdressers that they couldn't get my hair the blonde I wanted I let it go for over a year. I found this hairdressers and met Amy who told me that I of course could get the colour I wanted. And I have to say from start to finish this was the best experience I have ever had at a salon, the staff were friendly and welcoming so I was automatically at ease. Amy true to her word and the only word I can use is transformed my hair! I was literally left speechless and happier than ever. I have found a hairdressers that listened to what I wanted and now my hair is the best it has ever been. Cannot rave about this place enough! Amazing place can't believe it took me so long to find it!

I was stuck in a rut with my hair and felt like it was just getting worse and worse, so I booked into Justice for Hair on a whim hoping for the best. Lucy knew immediately exactly what I was after, right down to the thickness of my outgrown fringe and the shaping at the front of my face, the heaviness of my layers and just the whole look.
