I’ve only ever had great experiences here. Yesterday I had my hair cut by Jason - he made me feel so comfortable while he cut my hair, talked me through what he was doing & even gave me tips for styling. Everyone here is always so friendly & I always leave feeling pleased with my cut/colour. Highly recommend!

I had a blow dry with Jason and it was a lovely experience. He listened to my needs and wants, delivered on them, and I even enjoyed the chit chat (I don't normally with hairdressers).

Jodie did a wonderful cut for me. She was so kind and understanding with my autism. I am very happy with my cut. She was the perfect person for me to have cutting my hair. I usually cut at home and my partner cuts my hair too (he does a great job too) but this time i wanted super short hair, so needed to go somewhere. She really listened to what i wanted, and also understood short hair. Going to get my haircut it's always uncomfortable for me the bright lights, new people, over stimulation and i am not a people person. But having Jodie was wonderful, sadly i won't be seeing her again due to moving. So i will have to go somewhere else, which is nerve wrecking. If i could have her come cut my hair in Wiltshire where i next am i would have her come to my house. I am very happy i was paired up with her.

I can't remember my hair stylists name but she was tall with blond hair and cut and styled my hair from 15:15 on 23/4. She was lovely and bubbly and chatty which was so refreshing after this difficult time with covid. She made me feel comfortable and talked through ways I could style my hair at home or differently for work. Wonderful service, will definitely recommend

Consistently excellent service from highly skilled stylists and assistants, in a welcoming and professional salon. Nicola is a very knowledgeable and approachable colourist, who saved my hair after a disastrous colour at my previous regular salon. Sophie is an exceptionally talented young stylist who I have now met a couple of times and will continue to return to. The salon has a very positive energy about it and is also very clean throughout. Very impressed. Will continue to return for all my hairdressing requirements.

By far the best haircut experience I've ever had- I'd had a really bad haircut from a different hairdresser and was so embarrassed I didn't go to college. I booked an appointment at Toni & Guy's to try and fix it, and it was the best decision I've made. Jason was my hairdresser, and after I showed him pictures of what I liked, he carefully analysed my hair and suggested what would suit me more (which was amazing as I don't have a clue about hair!!) He made it so easy, and I felt incredibly comfortable- I can get quite anxious about events such as haircuts, but he constantly complimented me and I left feeling & looking (and smelling) luxurious. A genuine experience, where I got hair tips as well as a stunning new style. Couldn't recommend it enough- I'm only getting my hair cut here from now on!!

Note: in the photos my hair is messy from the wind. I sound so cheesy but I couldn't be more pleased to be giving a 5 star review to Toni&Guy in Southampton. Usually when I am up in London studying I go to their Brent Cross branch, and when I am in Southampton I go to other salons nearer to my house. I had a bit of a disaster haircut down the road at Rush (I didn't want to write their name here but there are quite a few salons on the same road, so I don't want people to assume the wrong one). I googled and found T&G , went in to ask a lovely lady name Rachel, if they had a free slot. They did for later, and she gave me a consultation on the spot and helped me decide what to do with my hair - which was to cut it all off! (I used to have short hair so I showed her a photo, we both knew it would look fine.) I booked for a time slot with her that same day for later on. When I returned I needed to wait for around 10 minutes as Rachel was busy with another client, but her colleagues let me know in time and were very polite about it. The staff can seem tired from a long day at work but when they make eye contact with you they always flash the biggest smiles :) Rachel did a fabulous job with my hair, and was so gentle and focused on what she was doing. At the end of my haircut, I was complimented by their manager (I believe - from looking at their staff profiles online). My hair cut was so good I walked home smiling, my friends and family all freaked out cause it's so well-done. Ended up submitting a photo taken after the haircut as my student ID - that's how happy I was. I will be sticking with Toni&Guy from now <3 Thank you Rachel! Always get a good cut here. They're friendly and always offer a drink on arrival. The hair washing bit is more private near the back which I like. The different syslists have always crafted a decent cut which lasts well between visits. I take along pictures of styles I like, then ask them to work their magic. I've never left feeling disappointed like has happened in some other places I've visited in the past.

Just leaving the salon I had to edit my previous feedback. Jason the manager is an absolute diamond. He was faced with the challenge of changing my violet/red hair to blonde. To say he achieved this would be an understatement. If I could post a before and after picture I would!! I was so on edge going back but he put me at such ease. Kind, genuine guy, you can obviously see he loves his job and I felt so important. Never went without conversation a laugh or a drink in his company. Can't thank him enough for the amazing work he's done. Definitely his long term client from now on! Thank you so much for everything. Mwah xx

Had an appointment with karly, a total re style, had a cut from long to short, karly platted and cut my hair to send to little princess trust, donated to children with cancer for a free wig. Tony and Guy wrapped and enveloped my hair ready to send, so happy they took the time for me Todo this. Really friendly staff and I highly recommend karly she is an excellent hair dresser ! 5 stars T&G!!!
