Purdy our stylist, was amazing, she made my girls visit so special, my hair was a last minute request and better then I could have asked for!! This is our new place to go. The girls in the salon were friendly, welcoming and great at what they do.

before coming to Ego Lounge I had rare good experiences in salons, resulting in me dying my hair at home and last year loads of it snapped off at the crown, leaving me with two haircuts one on top of the other - devastating!! I was nervous about visiting a salon so decided to go somewhere completely different and was ready to be told there was nothing that could be done to blend my two cut snap disaster! but I can honestly say I will never go anywhere else ever again! Sarah was so lovely, empathetic and understanding but also magic! she talked everything through with me and having come in thinking the worst I left feeling amazing and can’t wait to go back!

Best hair dresser in Stoke On Trent! Sarah the owner is accommodating to my every needs! She is friendly and caring and will always give you great advice and opinion on your hair! I have been coming to Sarah for 7 years and I would highly recommend her! She does raccoon extensions and from personal experience these are far the best I have tried coming from someone who has worn extensions since the age of 18 and now is 29.

Sarah was recommended to me by a friend. i was a little apprehensive on entering the salon but Sarah and Clare soon put me to ease with a warm welcome. Sarah sat and listened to me and asked my likes and dislikes on my hair then offered her professional advise. I opted for a cut and colour and was absolutely over the moon with the result. Sarah really knows her stuff and is a natural with current trends and colours. I was so impressed that on my second visit I went for a complete new look and loved it. Sarah has been my hairdresser now for 3 years plus and I wouldn't go to anyone else ever, Sarah always does my hair exactly how I want it, colour and style.
