I feel confident going there because of these changes. Usually very busy because of the quality and friendly rapour. I have been using HQ Barbers through recommendation from a friend and have been using them for about ten years. Every time you walk through the door, you are welcomed with an on the house cup of coffee. The staff are very friendly when cutting your hair. This all makes for a friendly atmosphere. I have seen them cut a lot of different styles and the customers leave knowing they have had a quality haircut. This is a top quality barbers and is worth a try when you need your next hair cut. Been here a few times, all the barbers are nice and even offer you a brew if its quiet enough. The barbers are all skilled in their roles clearly as they are in high demand. I've seen kids, teens and older men come away happy and the barbers are always engaging and welcoming to all. Sometimes the wait times can be long but I think that's a reflection of their popularity and not their service being slow. It can be difficult to know what your wait time is as some customers are waiting for a specific barber so there may be lots of people waiting but you could be next if they are all waiting for the same barber. If waiting is not your thing they do offer bookings which may be more convenient for the busier person. The pricing is good and the barbers can give you good advice on how something will look before you have it done. Happy to recommend and will be returning.

Very apprehensive about going into a barber shop, especially with two young children. However, we were met with friendly and accommodating staff; the barber who worked with us was fantastic with my four year old. Brilliant cut, an all round positive experience. Not many barber shops offer cuts for young children - - - I would highly recommend HQ to anyone with a wriggly youngster.

Was looking for a new barbershop in the longton area. I found this place on Google and through give it a go. I entered the barbershop 10 mins after it opened and saw 4 young gentlemen having their done and 4 gentlemen wait. For me this is a good sign that it's popular. Was greated by the staff with friendly hiya as went to take my seat in the waiting. Shortly after I sat down, I was offered a cup coffee. Which I didn't have because I just had one before I left the house. However the gentleman sat next to me seemed to enjoy his cup of coffee. After waiting a little while, which was to be expected it was my turn to have my air cut. I explained to the barber what I wanted, special as I wanted a new look. The barber listen and applied his trade. At the end I loved my new trim and gonna go back when it needs cutting and possible try their cups of coffee.
