Amazing overall. I needed help to get my hair in a better shape. We spoke about different products to help my hair and what she would recommend. She didn't sell me the expense products she found ones in the sale. She spoke to me all the time and told me exactly what she was doing and what she was using. She always asked me what I wanted and if she has cut enough off or needed any more off. 100% going back to this place.

Jackie is excellent but the queueing system is not working. People waiting in person take priority over the online queue which renders the online queue pointless. There was a lady in front of us who had arrived 40 mins before opening just to get in first, my mum is agoraphobic, has severe anxiety and suffers from copd, it is not fair to make her stand outside 45 minutes or more. She won't come back as if we are second or third we are still waiting over an hour and she cannot tolerate it. Again, Jackie is wonderful but the system needs to be fixed.

I used to travel to other city to have my hair done, until yesterday. I loved the job Jacquie did on my hair! Now it’s beautiful and brighter than ever. The atmosphere of the saloon was really nice, even with the coronavirus situation, all the employees were able to make us feel comfortable, as they were really nice to everyone that was there. I definitely recommend it to everyone!

I booked online and paid the £5 deposit for a wash cut and blow dry by Jac. As soon as i walked in Jac was so friendly and asked what hair style I wanted. I showed her a pic on my phone. Jac cut my hair and made sure I was happy throughout the cut. She gave me brilliant advice on my hair, so much so that I am booking in again to have some foils put in. Jac cut my hair exactly how I wanted it and was so friendly I felt so relaxed. I would totally recommend getting your hair done at this salon.

I popped in last week, hadn't planned on getting my hair cut that day but I knew I was in need for one! Seeing as they accept walk ins I thought I'd give them a go. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Jess cut my hair, she was an absolute star, she listened to what I wanted and delivered! I thought the atmosphere was great (I normally feel really on edge with salon small talk, but these ladies were down to earth and comfortable). Will definitely be back!

My stylist, Jac, was superb. She listened to what I did and didn't want and was very thorough taking time to cut and style, then dry and precision cut. The end result was excellent. The products used on my hair were luxurious and Jac explained clearly what she was using and why. There was no pressure to purchase any product. Covid rules were adhered too at all times and the salon was spotlessly clean and cleaned throughout my duration in the chair. All in all, a great experience and I will definitely be returning.

Found this place on the off-chance walking through the Potteries after my hair was butchered at another 'salon'. One of the girls there worked her magic and salvaged a brilliant cut out of what was left from my first cut. No need to hide it away under a beanie for 6 months now; absolute life-saver! Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere as well :)

Friendly and helpful staff. You can not make appointments. You have to turn up and wait for an appointment. A usual wait is about an hour. You pay alot less to have a haircut than anywhere else. A dry cut is £15.95. they also make a good job of cutting your hair.

Even though I now live in west Wales when in town seeing family I use these guys after years of using them before I moved. I dont often let anyone else cut my hair.
