A.After a lot of research into Swansea hairdressers, we chose Bello Capelli and are so pleased we did. The online booking was easy, as we were able to book 2 appointments at the same time. Both Lucia and Chloe were welcoming, friendly and professional throughout. They discussed our requirements with us and checked when they started cutting to make sure we were happy with the length before continuing, so avoiding any disasters! We are both very happy with the end result, and will definitely be back. Knife and fork not required 🙂
M. H.I have been going to Bello Capelli since they opened the salon many years ago. I can't recommend the girls highly enough. Andrea, Lucia and Hayley are excellent. They are so helpful and friendly and always willing to listen and offer advice. It's an excellent place to relax and I always trust Andrea with my hair. I've had extensions twice and they were fantastic and I would highly recommend them as they make your hair feel amazing and the consultation before hand was thorough and very professional. It is an excellent family run business where you feel welcome whatever time you turn up for your appointment. The salon has been extended to a very high standard in the last year yet nothing has changed in the way the place is run as it is still so welcoming and friendly. They can never do enough for you while you're getting pampered in the chair or relaxing in their treatment room getting beautified! Very helpful when asking for advice and always great with their recommendations. A very welcoming salon with really friendly staff. Wouldn't have anyone else!
