L. G.The safest hands for hair colouring and styling! I’ve had balayage, toner and cut and blow dry at the salon and each time the stylists go out of their way to ensure the best experience. Even when I wasn’t 100% happy with a toner shade, Millie didn’t hesitate to take the time to run through colour options with me and amended the toner with no extra cost! So grateful that the girls at Its Science took the time to give me a perfect result, wouldn’t go anywhere else xx

Firstly the salon is an absolute VIBE, what a lovely space 😍
They staff are all super lovely and welcoming and couldn't have made me feel more comfortable.
After some bad experiences with other Swansea based salons I had been neglecting getting my hair done due to anxiety of another bad experience. I've followed its science on insta for a while now and have loved everything they stand for so decided to give them a go.
Will definitely be a returning again for Jade to work her magic.
A. Z.Gemma is an expert in colour and a true innovator. Prior to visiting the salon we started with a hair consultation where we discussed some ideas and she explained the process. I love the way they they put their clients safety first as they insisted they perform a patch test 48 hours before my appointment (which is extremely important to ensure you are not allergic to the dye).
The salon is designed beautifully - from the mirror free bar area to the lovely plants, you can see all the love and care that has been put into this place. (Also all the products are vegan and cruelty free)
I had always wanted to take my dark brown hair to platinum blonde but I was previously too scared. I used to find hairdressers a daunting place but not anymore.
Going platinum was a life changing experience and they helped me make my hair dreams come true!

It was so nice not staring at myself while my hair was being cut, and Gemma was full of great advice for managing my curly hair, even discouraging me from colouring it again despite that potentially meaning less profit for the salon. Very impressed.
C. C.Hi it’s a very late review but I came for a hair cut some time ago but was very impressed. It was a nice quiet atmosphere and the owner who cut my hair really took the time to sit and ask what I wanted with my haircut which I was very impressed with because sometimes things can feel very rushed at other salons. She said she specialised in curly hair and after my cut I could tell because I’m usually very irritated by my often frizzy hair but after the cut I kept having good hair days haha! Really hoping to come again for a Balayage! X

We thoroughly enjoyed our 1st visit to 'It's Science'.
I booked for my daughter to have her hair cut & I am extremely glad that I chose to go here.
As soon as we entered the salon we were greeted by Gemma who made my daughter & myself feel very welcome.
Gemma who is the owner cut & styled my daughter's hair.
Gemma took the time to talk and did not rush the cut.
I am so pleased with my daughter's hair cut, it looks amazing!
