I have used this place for several years now and they always provide superb customer service ensuring that you feel a valued customer. I have always found them to take pride in their styling and tailor to your requests. I always leave feeling a happy customer and will continue using them and wont use anywhere else!. They are the best around! A big thank you to my stylist Joanne who is a fantastic stylists and always provides a friendly and professional service and takes the time to ensure I am always happy with the end product. The staff are lovely and helpful especially since I never really know what I'm doing with my hair 😂 it's well priced and you don't need to book ahead although I'd recommend you do anyway since they can get booked up kinda quickly. I went there to get my hair coloured and it came out brilliant, they post before and after photos on their social media if you want to check it out

Lynsey did an amazing job on my hair, absolutely love it. She was also great company during the five hour session. My only issue was supposedly being given an incorrect quote the week before, ended up paying an extra £20 on the day. They waited to tell me the issue in pricing until dye was in my hair so I felt pressured to pay the additional amount.

I was disappointed when on arriving home my husband thought I had just had my hair washed and straightened. He was very surprised to hear it had been cut also. Sadly my daughters felt the same. I only use this cellys and am always delighted but today my family felt it was not a quality cut

Had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I'm very nervous about getting my hair cut and they made me feel so at ease. I went in with no idea of how I wanted my hair finished but the ladies recommended a style to suit my face. I have honestly never been so happy with my hair before. It's easy to manage and has bounce, something I was never aware my super fine hair could do. Incredibly talented team, I will continue to place my trust in this lovely salon. Always have a fantastic experience here. The staff are lovely and so friendly. They don't have appointments so be prepared to wait! I suggest a book or magazine to pass the time. Lianne is my favourite stylist there, she amazing at what she does and so nice! The price is always great too. They also do threading on certain days so call ahead and make sure the person who does it is in that day. Definitely recommend to anyone in Swansea!

I've been twice in a matter of a month. The £11 is a genuine offer. It's extra for styling products but only £1. I have worked in customer service and so I have high standards for this Over the two visits the staff here at Cellys have been exceptionally friendly and professional. Apologetic for any wait of time despite me expecting this with it being a walk-in salon. I had a wash blow dry and straighten both visits and the quality of straightening was so high it lasted 5 days (then I washed my hair) with very little need to tidy up until day 4/5 as you'd expect. The second time I opted for a £2.50 conditioning treatment which unexpectedly included a well needed head massage. They take their time with you. I've seen happy customers around me getting great haircuts and colour treatments. High standard and they even have a loyalty card where my 10th £11 is free. I have been to a wide variety of hairdressers with various tariffs and have had my hair straightened each time. This is with the best. Very highly recommended.

Went in for a hidden side undercut. Young guy working (essentially) alone with quite a few clients to serve to. Did so in such a personable manner. Customer service was so great. He did exactly what I wanted and really couldn’t be any happier with the outcome! And you really can’t beat that price. Thank you again!
