The staff are always smiling and friendly and I can relax knowing they are very experienced, so no nasty surprises as I have had elsewhere. This is my third visit to the salon, and my 2.5 year olds second visit and we have been delighted every time. Both of our cuts have been exactly what I asked for, and I also had some foils to sort out a colour mishap from a different salon and the colour here was perfect. Unfortunately I didn't have an appointment, so you can imagine for a Friday evening with everyone looking forward to going home, I thought I had a chance in hell of getting an appointment. To my astonishment, they fitted me in, Afro hair and all! I did panic a bit because I didn't have much time as I had to pick my son up from football. So it wasn't one of my best ideas to go to the hair dressers under such a tight schedule. And guess what? They managed to fit me in, no begging punded. I was in and out of there in 40mins! It takes me over 2hrs to do my hair!! I wish I could upload photos. It was the quickest transformation ever. I also had fun chatting. Not sure where the time went or how she managed to get a wash, blow and straighten in so quickly but she did it and I was so happy. Lovely lovely work. I will definitely be returning x
